Hotel environment is very good, just renovated. The price/performance ratio is very high. I booked a room without windows, and the lady at the front desk upgraded it to a room with windows for free. The hotel is very quiet and the location is good. It is highly recommended to stay in Zhangjiagang.

The hardware is good, the neighborhood is noisy, and the breakfast is average. If time permits, it is recommended to find a snack bar outside the store. There is a dedicated parking space, convenient for self-driving parking. wifi rubbish, easy to drop

The hotel is generally good, but the service is not the same. I booked for two nights and they confirmed it was wrong. It turned into one night. When I came back the next day, my luggage was taken away and the room was taken to someone else. I was terrified.

Location was perfect and also my initial consideration, right at the center of city. No much to expect except for those standard items example - service, cleanliness or comfortability therefore to my surprise, the rooms were cosy and clean (guessed it’s because they were newly renovated or not long ago) but, but except for some minor hiccups example - air conditioning controls (remote and wall mounted) + room WiFi needs pre-logging on before connectable (used my phone hotspot to fix problem)! Everything was fine until the next day slightly before checking out, they cut off my room electricity abruptly half an hour before checkout time! Imagine if you’re still using the bathroom! This needs serious attention as I have never encounter such scenarios before, in my entire life experience of travelings and staying in hotels. Never. Of course my booking came with the “late checkout privilege” so why the rush? Oh and they did offer an upgrade of room (when checking in) but, but with additional charges! Wondering if these misunderstandings were “intentional” or caused by miscommunication between the hotel management and platform, a sales technique? Please clarify: rewards enjoyable/ available after booking, if possible thank you

Stayed for two days, the little brothers and sisters at the front desk were very good, very enthusiastic, and they needed everything to be satisfied immediately! The hotel is not bad, the room is quite big! That side may be a little messy in the audience. Sometimes I can meet the man with the flower arm staring at me by taking the ladder. Others are good. ～ Especially the younger brothers and sisters at the front desk, the salary increases! !
