Hotel environment is very good, just renovated. The price/performance ratio is very high. I booked a room without windows, and the lady at the front desk upgraded it to a room with windows for free. The hotel is very quiet and the location is good. It is highly recommended to stay in Zhangjiagang.

房間很新很乾凈，打掃的阿姨也可熱情了，工作得很認真，前台也很好説話，態度很好。
酒店位置比較靠近購物公園，去吃東西很方便，不遠的小區附近有羅森，樓下還有家火鍋店（沒嘗過，看起來生意不大好），靠近商場但是又不算特別挨着，因為在居民區附近，所以環境還是很不錯的，也比較安靜。
隔音的話還好，雖然不是那種特別特別安靜有時候隔壁聲音很大還是能聽見，但是也算不錯了，之前我住的時候睡得很好。

早餐不錯，房間中規中矩，連鎖主打就是方便乾淨，其實很早之前很喜歡住，因為洗衣服方便，特別是小衣服，房間裏有小包洗衣粉，特別對我長時間出差的來説，很友好。

地理位置不錯，晚上蠻安靜的，唯一的缺點就是給安排了有走廊窗的房間，前台好心辦壞事了，我也沒有經驗沒住過有走廊窗的房間，結果晚上房間裏不是全黑的，走廊裏的燈光能透進來，無語
還有一個問題，提供了兩種枕頭，對我來説都太高了，很不喜歡
其他方面都很滿意，房間很乾凈，前台服務態度都挺好的，價格也不貴，床很大

1.牀頭櫃下面放拖鞋的地方一股臭腳丫子味兒，pang臭！睡覺薰得腦瓜子暈！！
2.淋浴間下面漏水，漏滿地，上面的淋浴頭也壞了，水柱亂飛，洗澡像被打了一頓。
3.洗臉池沒有熱水，冬天水超冰。
4.空調製熱效果差。
以為是2022年的新酒店，結果衹是翻新，翻新了，但又沒完全翻，衹翻了表面。硬件設施完全不管，體驗極差！！！！
