***ALWAYS MY FIRST CHOICE*** This is my second visit and the service still the best even in busy summer. As we are travelling with young kid and elderly, check in staff arrange room on the same floor and close to each other. Ben is very helpful, he helped me to arrange all transportation and recommend good place to go. Also arranged a cake and decorated the room for my husband’s birthday!!!The hotel located in a big shopping mall with many great activities, my families has a great time! Love Sheraton's friendly who upgraded us to a room with balcony that has a great view of the sea fronting the hotel. The indoor pool was great for my kids and they enjoyed it to the fullest. A big surprise was that there is a seafood wet market that are lined with restaurants that you can pick and choose to cook your basket of seafood purchase. The bill cost a couple of hundreds of rmb that would have more than a thousand dollars. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to zhuhai.

We’re a family of 5 and we had a wonderful stay at the Somerset. The staff is extremely attentive, helpful and charismatic. They made all efforts to make sure we had everything we needed. We also had the hotel car available to drive us to some of the attractions we wanted to go. One of our kids had a small accident in the room and we had to take him to the hospital. The staff took care of the transportation, and even of of them came with us to help with communication. Breakfast is also very good, with a variety of dishes every day. The hotel also has some facilities for kids such as the kids club. We will come back for sure and we strongly recommend this hotel.
