It was cold and I just wanted to warm myself up in the bathtub, but there wasn’t even a plug in the bathtub. I didn’t find out about this situation for 10 minutes after I entered the room, so I told the front desk that I wanted to refund or not. I said this and that, but ended up changing to another room. There was a stopper in the bathtub, and the water temperature was not hot at all. It was cold even to take a shower, let alone take a bath. If you can't even guarantee basic hot water, what kind of hotel is this? The experience is really bad and I won’t give you a refund. 攜程網上預訂了30-1號，30號晚上11點半左右入住。房間天花有兩處蜘蛛網，窗户被前面一個大型廣告牌完全遮擋沒有半絲光線，電話連不上WiFi，電視打不開，房號是8201，説多了都是淚，直接上圖
