Zhangye Hostels

Very satisfied with the service, cucumber mask, foot bath and foot soaking to relieve fatigue before going to bed. The catering service in the Chinese restaurant is very user-friendly. The dishes are large and you can order half a portion. I ate three meals in just one and a half days. Before leaving, I gave away dried jujube slices. Mr. Liu at the front desk was very considerate and helped me rent a car. In short, everything from the guest rooms to the catering to the front desk service is very good. My family and I are very satisfied and highly recommend~

Traveling along the ancient Silk Road and arriving in Zhangye, the first night was like this. The taxi driver recommended this hotel, and I listened to his recommendation and booked this hotel later. The hotel is located here, which is a sight in itself. The setting sun was setting, the lake was sparkling, and jackdaws were playing in the water. I mistakenly thought that this place outside the Great Wall was the south of the Yangtze River, and I couldn't help but miss the water towns in the south. But this is not Jiangnan, but it looks like Jiangnan. Checked in, the room was spacious and bright. I thought that the facilities in a hotel that had been renovated early would be outdated, but I didn't have to worry about that. It was very convenient (it would be better if there was a USB charging port). Dinner was served inside the hotel. The service staff was attentive and the food tasted good. After dinner, we walked slowly along the lake. The colorful lights reflected the lake surface, which was very beautiful. When we returned, the hotel was very considerate and even sent us a wooden foot bath bucket, a boiling water bottle and a foot salt bath material package. Although I am busy, I am a little sorry that I have not experienced it, but I am grateful to the hotel for its meticulous service. When I come to Zhangye again in the future, I think I will never hesitate to book a hotel again, it has to be this hotel.

This is a trustworthy hotel. The room is large, quiet and spacious, clean and hygienic, with complete facilities and direct drinking water. Breakfast is rich in variety. What is particularly commendable is the warm and thoughtful customer service at the front desk, which represents a good image of the hotel. We filled in the wrong date when booking a room online. The customer service sister saw that we elderly people were not proficient in using mobile phones, so she took the initiative to help cancel the order and rebook, and also upgraded the room, so that we could have a good rest when we were tired from traveling. It was a very pleasant stay Hotel experience. Next time I come to Zhangye, I will stay at Jinyang International Hotel.

Room was small. Smelt of cooking in the morning. Only paper cups provided instead of proper cups for tea. Shower gel and shampoo was not replenished. Cleanliness was good, sheets were clean. Location is ok. You must be diligent to get a taxi as it is located in a government office area so not much cars after hours.

We came in very late and the front desk team at the hotel was just superb ! I made some mistakes in my booking and they happily and readily helped correct that. Although the front desk was very busy with many checking in, the attitude of the team was just wonderful. Special mention for Winnie and Carl. Their team spirit and “can do” attitude was most impressive. Other then the many checking in, there were kids sent by parents to do laundry asking for assistance. Winnie had to listened to the mom giving instructions via the wrist watch of the kid. Winnie handled in patiently and most politely. Her display of customer service was first rate !! I will definitely stay here again and tell my friends to do so too.

Very good hostel to stay in Zhangye and travel around. Hostel itself is clean, conveniently located and comfortable. You can book tours with the hostel to nearby attractions such as Zhangye Rainbow Mountain, Pingshanhu or Mati Temple (very useful as they organize the transport to the places, which can be tricky or time-consuming with public transports here). Recommended!

The hotel is located in the urban area of ​​Zhangye, adjacent to the Muta Temple. It is relatively close to the Big Buddha Temple and the food street Ganzhou Alley. The hotel has a parking lot, and there are parking spaces above and below ground, which is more convenient. I booked a standard room. The room is relatively large, basically clean, and has complete facilities. Especially when taking a shower, there is plenty of hot water. This is worthy of praise. The hotel looks a bit old and the facilities are a bit outdated. You can always hear the sound of running water from the toilet pipes. The sound insulation is not particularly good. There is still a smell in the toilet. I felt a little uncomfortable when I first came in. The breakfast has a relatively complete variety, as well as local specialties, which taste good. The key is that the hotel price is not high and the price/performance ratio is very good.

The breakfast is particularly rich and suitable for tourists from all over the world. The room has a large hot spring bathtub. After a busy day, you can enjoy the hot spring bath, which is very refreshing. Fruit, yogurt, and greeting bookmarks are provided every day... Surprisingly, the standard room inside is actually a parent-child room, which can meet the needs of families traveling with children without a separate price increase. The little yellow duck's slippers are so cute! The most important thing is that the store owners and waiters are warm and friendly, which makes the travelers feel extra warm. Really feel what it means to ”feel at home”!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Lived up to my expectation. From the moment we step into the hotel, everyone working for this hotel will smile at you. All the workers were really helpful and nice. The service was very good. There is a humidifier in the room which you can turn on due to the dry air. They even prepare basin for you to soak your leg during the evening. They even prepare snacks ,fruits and yogurt for you to snack in the evening. All these gestures make you feel so welcoming. Between, this hotel accept foreigners.

The overall is very good, intelligent hotel, there is a small robot, can control TV, lights and curtains, very convenient, the space is also large. It was called the day before yesterday to take a knife to cut the watermelon bought in Guazhou. It was promised very well, and I didn't bring it when I left.
