在攜程上看評論訂的酒店，張家界印象大酒店的門面好吸引我，入住後很是滿意，房間乾淨整潔，酒店周邊餐館很多，特別有一家大碗菜12元一個人，菜品多還好吃。出酒店右轉一百多米就是汽車站，再過個馬路就是高鐵站，簡直太方便了，值得推薦的酒店。

長者外出遊玩，比較注重酒店的服務、衞生和環境安全，以及含餐的餐品質量。
酒店房間寬敞，整體乾淨整潔，可能因為距離景點很近，酒店接團比較多，夜裡一點多還有團隊入住，比較吵。

房間寬敞很温馨，床品乾淨衞生，設備齊全，前台服務熱情，有早餐。離天門山景區索道很近，窗外就能看見纜車上小運行，就像一道美麗的風景線。朋友推薦，名不虛傳，確實住着很舒適享受，還有一台足底按摩器，可緩解腳部疲勞。周圍環境很好，有很多飯館、特產店、超市。停車方便。下次來必選，值得推薦。

本次出行，所有酒店都好評，衹有這家，硬件設施還行、地理位置都很好，服務拖後腿；帶着長者孩子出行的，入住當天還沒到就打電話了希望能安排隔壁最好或相鄰或者在同一層也行，我要的兩個標間，給我説有團隊入住，安排不了，行，我也接受。到前台辦理入住時，再次希望能不能調整下，安排在同一層也行，表示還是不行，一個在八樓，一個在十樓，十樓家裡長者入住的，長者不識字，我送上去時發現是標間加床，顯得房間很逼仄，又跑到前台要求換成正常標間，換了九樓一間，好吧，又是一樣的標間加床，又跑前台換，換了九樓另一間標間，這次是正常房型，如果前台一開始給我的就是九樓兩間房，就算其中一間是加床房，我也湊合住了，你看不是沒房，是人家壓根不想給你安排，所以差評，前台那個女工作人員特差評
