設施：衞生間配備不好，噴頭壞的，水會噴到🚽馬桶上和外面，地板變很滑

環境：挺好的，就是對門住的一家子人經常打開門聊天，噪音影響比較大

就在區政府對面，老街區，內部裝修也是幾年前的了，不過還算整潔乾淨，設施也很齊全，定的家庭房，住的很舒服，性價比較高，我下次還會考慮

設施：老店了。明顯陳舊了許多。隔音效果很差。
衞生：一般般，續住了兩天打掃的就明顯不好。
服務：前台服務員特別好。

前台服務 房間格局大小還挺好
不滿的地方是早上8:00樓上施工，特別吵，洗澡水壓是真小，水放了10分鐘都不是很熱，洗澡間那浴簾臟的要命，很好的位置，細節沒有做到位，太虧這個價格啦

住了幾天，把我的手機充電線給換了，請還我充電線，還有房間沒有熱水，洗澡都是涼水，跟前台反應換了一間房，那個空調噪音大的要死

到酒店已是很晚，但服務還是不錯。安排了停車，並告知了晚餐地點。
後進了房間，一切可以，就是淋浴房缺了手持蓮蓬頭，洗澡不是很方便。但房間的飲用水卻放了四瓶，讓人很滿意。
所以推薦。

環境：位置好，距所城裡，煙台山，朝陽街和海邊近，步行可達，周圍吃飯購物方便
衞生：好乾凈
設施：一般酒店有的都有

房間大小合適，洗浴用品齊全，還有針線包，太貼心了，香皂裏好像加了潤膚乳液一樣，很温和，不刺激，周邊吃飯、景區遊玩很方便，走着就去朝陽街了，還有煙台山，太方便了山東海邊度假第一站非常滿意滿意了
