Convenient location ovelooking the performance area on West street. Staff were friendly and helpful. Laundry service, a proper coffee machine, soft drinks all free. Best part room did not smell like cigarette! Highly rcommend this place and will stay here on next visit.

If you visit yangshuo,love night market and pub culture then zhenmei hotel is definitely the first choice coz West street is just downstairs. Room is spacious and clean. 5th. floor is opened to public which offered superb panoramic view that can rival any Chinese zen painting. Reception staffs are friendly and helpful.This is the only hotel that provides 4 bottles of free mineral water. When we checked out, they even gave us a package of gifts.

Wonderful hotel! Very good location. In the lobby there is a small playroom for children; parents can sit and drink coffee while waiting for the child. The staff is very polite and friendly. The room is very clean, very beautiful view from the window. The only thing was that it was noisy in the evenings, we were warned about this. The photo zone on the 5th floor is very beautiful.

Yangshuo is a beautiful place. 西街 Xijie would be the good place to settle the family, young and old.
The hotel is just right behind the bustling streets and my room is positioned away from the streets. In general, it is shelter from the noice while located right inside the area.
Although the hotel don’t provide breakfast, the place is never short of local food and fast food. There is a coffee machine that is free to use at the eating area, a little playground for the young and a very beautiful balcony for all the photo shoots you wanted right inside the hotel.
Towels are replaced daily and there is free WiFi.
Major plus point for me is the laundry room that is free to use, including the washing powder. There is also an area where you can hang your clothes to dry, area is monitored by CCTV. Hailing a Didi is also effortless although you will need to walk 2-3 mins to the main road. If you are adventurous, there is electric bike rental right outside the hotel entrance.
The staffs are friendly and has no issue handling foreign visitors, not sure if they speak English as I am a Singaporean Chinese, check-in is flawless and fast.
If you are looking for a hotel that is convenient, great location and comfortable for family. I would recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location on West Street but quiet enough for restful sleep (in the right room). Thoughtful customer service - daily delivery of fruits to your room, help yourself with ice long black at the lounge, self serve laundry, and farewell gifts. Very helpful reception offering tips and services, including news on temporary closure of an attraction. Highly recommended!
