This is a lovely hotel next to the scenic Yunlong lake. Staff are super friendly. Highly recommended. Will visit again.

自駕遊旅途路過徐州入住了開元名都大酒店，地理位置優越。緊鄰雲湖景區湖畔。
環境：酒店庭院很大，屬於景區裏的度假酒店。一進大堂就能體會到豪華氣派的酒店氛圍。
佈局／房型：院內分多個貴賓樓、功能樓，游泳池，SP温泉等配套齊全，院內有較多的免費停車位。
設施服務：客房按五星級配套設備、設施齊全，衞生間帶浴缸和獨立淋浴間。
周邊：酒店對面就是雲湖景區。
入住體驗很棒，前台服務熱情耐心周到，晚間酒店還贈送果盤牛奶非常贊，入住流程很順利，客房衞生潔凈，餐廳早餐自助食品豐富，味道還不錯。

酒店就在雲龍湖畔，步行2分鐘就可以到湖邊。房間很大，乾淨衞生，免費升級了湖景房，還加了床被子、洗漱用品、拖鞋。站在陽台上，整湖風景盡收眼底，陣陣涼風襲來，很愜意，讓人心曠神怡。早餐很豐富，各種早點都有。前台很熱情，讓人如沐春風。
自駕開車繞湖一圈，15公里左右，湖周邊有很多主題景觀公園，有遊船，有個人工沙灘。可以駕車進去湖中島。由於時間有限，湖中的水族館沒有來得及參觀，我覺得這個水族館可能類似於“海洋館”吧。

酒店地理位置很好，就在雲龍湖邊上，空氣很好。走過去2分鐘就到湖邊，沿着綠道走真是心曠神怡，非常漂亮。配送的正餐是雙人套餐，量大的驚人，4個人吃也肯定夠。第一天蒜爆魚沒有了，換了酸菜魚。第二天不想再吃A套餐，B套餐也沒興趣，領班很好，把菜都換了，有白菜粉絲燉羊肉，筍乾炒肉，清炒泥蒿。味道都很不錯，尤其羊肉。早餐非常非常豐富，味道也好，徐州米線好吃。
整體服務很棒。
唯一美中不足的是馬桶太難用，不過工作人員説近期會進行改造和更換。

酒店在雲龍湖邊上，環境非常不錯，過了馬路就是雲龍湖，騎電單車可以圍湖轉轉。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住非常迅速。還貼心的贈送了水果和飲料🥤。早餐品類非常豐富，還有徐州的特色小吃。

房車營地在雲龍湖和馬路之間，不鬧人，睡覺也安靜，適合帶小孩玩，小孩喜歡玩躲貓貓，酒店服務都很好，還有歡迎水果，走的時候還有小禮物紅酒，玩具，我姑娘無意幫酒店雨傘🌂劃破了，居然沒有讓我賠錢，我其實在這幾家五星級酒店猶豫很久，還好選擇開元，其實有車去哪裡都方便，徐州好多酒店我看實際外觀不行，開元還是和圖片一樣，要是以後有機會來玩，早晨符合五星級身份，迎賓樓在這個旁邊，價格便宜一點，應該建設時間早一點，酒店游泳池可以，水温合適，攜程訂房合理，我定過了沒有入住，網上我看降價了，和其他平台比較貴了，我聯繫網上客服，酒店同意我重新拍，承諾給我了我差價，這點要點贊👍，徐州好地方，大家玩的開心，值得大家來玩，吃的便宜，口味重，飲食看個人愛好

酒店位置太棒了，出門就是雲龍湖，很多海鷗，仙鶴在湖邊徘徊，酒店五星級專業水準，所有的服務人員都能笑臉相應，房間衞生非常滿意，需要東西很快就會有機器人送來，停車非常方便，地下地面很多的車位，有機會還會來入住。
