入住體驗非常差，去吃早飯的時間有點遲，到1樓的時候早飯都收差不多了，還剩下幾個包子和胡辣湯，我們看見沒多少吃的了就準備走了，剩下的幾個包子還有的一個被咬了一半，但是那個服務員非要我們坐下吃，我就跟我老婆坐下吃了幾個包子和胡辣湯，準備走的時候那個服務員跟我説我們衹有一份早飯，要再付88人民幣，我説我不是有按金嗎，你直接扣就行，她拿出她手機給我們看什麼上一個客人退了一份早飯，意思要我把錢轉給她，我本來對這個早飯就不是很滿意，我説扣按金就行了，她就讓我簽個字，我就跟她説你扣按金就行了，我不是很想簽這個字，她就一直從一樓追到六樓讓我簽這個字，她看我不簽還去找我老婆簽，弄的很不愉快，有哪一家酒店因為幾十塊錢從一樓追到六樓的，一直跟到房間門口，如果那個服務員直接讓我簽字我是會簽的，她為什麼要讓我付給她自己，我很不理解，這是一個五星級酒店幹出來的事嗎，還從一樓追客人追到六樓，我説了扣按金就行了，她還是不依不饒，她不嫌丟人我還嫌丟人，請好好的培訓下這個服務員吧

節假日第一次來徐州出行，有幸訂到這家寶藏酒店。酒店大堂準備了特色小吃美食，前台送了小朋友的風箏填色畫圖，前台非常熱情，即使房間衞生需要等待，前台的熱情服務也讓人非常愉悦的，節假日等房也是可以理解的。房間衞生乾淨，酒店在園區內，適合家庭出遊，有山有水，拍照特別出片，強烈推薦。

設施：整體效果略顯陳舊，淋浴頭🚿出水不暢應該清理。
衞生：整體很好
環境：非常好，湖景房的風景非常棒👌，美中不足的就是酒店的草坪花園外包出去經營燒烤，噪音很大。喜歡安靜的慎重考慮。
服務：服務周到熱情。

5-1帶娃來徐州玩，酒店位置不錯，邊上就有個大龍湖公園，去市中心有點距離，但好在門口就是地鐵，還算比較方便的。可能是旺季，安排的是最角落的房間，WIFI信號很差… 但是反映情況後，工作人員態度和處理還是蠻積極的，最終換了房間。。總體還是滿意的。

選擇了五一出遊就已經知道這個價格是很出格的了，但既然選擇了就去了，因為市中心的酒店實在是找不到好的，所以就在新區找了這家皇冠假日老牌酒店，雖然老，但整體的環境啊早餐啊服務什麼的都挺好的，就設施稍微的欠佳了一點，洗澡的花灑還沒我家大，洗的不舒服，而且這個冷熱水一直會跳，不太穩定！旁邊就是大龍湖這點挺好，可以放放風箏，風箏是酒店送的，😂，游泳健身都有，還是很不錯的！

51帶孩子出遊提前半個月定的酒店，當時市區快捷酒店已經78百了，最後挑了綠地皇冠。環境很好，房間很大。酒店後面是個網紅燒烤營地，旁邊還有個大龍湖公園很滿意的一次出行

酒店在大龍湖畔，湖景房看到的景緻很美。前台、餐廳的工作人員服務態度都非常好（給我們升級了房間），自助早餐也很豐盛。酒店建成時間較早，裝修風格較老，有些設施也顯陳舊。如果重新裝修，讓酒店煥然一新，相信會讓賓客留下給美好的印象。

酒店就在地鐵口旁邊，交通便捷。後門出去就是大龍湖，景色不錯，還有一個大草坪。酒店早餐有很多徐州美食，口味都不錯。如果説有不足的話，房間空調製冷沒啥效果，還有床墊偏軟。
