服務態度太差了！對客人的安全問題無所謂！顧客安全得不到保障！欺負老年人，就這態度還開酒店呢？太可怕了！入住的時候是白天，房間的門入住的時候我們就打不開，工作人員自己也開了半天才開的門。下午想出門吃飯，發現門在外面一擰就開了，根本鎖不上！去找前台，好言好語的説想換個其他的房間，結果被前台劈頭蓋臉的一頓訓斥，非説誰知道門鎖是不是我們給弄壞的，不給換房間，還説誰沒事開你們門，裏面有啥東西之類的話，態度極其惡略。三十多歲的工作人員欺負兩個六十多歲的長者，氣的血壓都高了！有沒有良心，你家沒長者嗎？出外旅遊住所不就為個安全嗎？門鎖不上和住大馬路有什麼區別，我還花一百多上你那兒受什麼氣？母親還委屈的問我提換房間的要求不過分吧，這要是晚上突然沖進來個人不得嚇着。奉勸各位，不是有人高馬大強壯男士家屬陪同的顧客謹慎考慮住這裏！

説實話價格不低，酒店很老，衞生也很差，隔音幾乎沒有！住了一個晚上，走到全是吵鬧的聲音，個人體驗不佳！

設施差，套房衹有一間有空調，廁所臟，插座不足，燈有不亮的，洗漱台上瓷碟發黴，桌面有塵土。裝修老舊。
