I was quarantined for a week and when I was released I had 8 hours before my flight and just wanted to be somewhere comfortable and have a good meal. The room is modern, beautiful and clean. I had a wonderful bath. The room service menu was disappointing. They didn't have anything I wanted. Most of the staff were very kind except the girl who checked me in. She made fun of my Chinese and laughed about me right in front of me with her coworker.

訂的房間和實物完全不符，最開始訂的一個大床，一進去房間特別的小，還想着都是四五鑽的酒店應該房間都是很好的，結果差強人意，後面又説讓我刪了訂單重新訂，定了一個貴兩百多的房間，我和朋友出去玩了，一回來就發現有人進了我們房間，還把房間搞的很亂，一看就不是我們弄的，進去的時候我們都沒有使用房間，回去的時候被子都是亂的，就很無語！這麼大個酒店這點職業素養都沒有嗎，不經客人同意隨意進出客人房間，後面還説給我們升級什麼有氧房，我們都沒有高原反應升級什麼有氧房！！一看網上價格跟我們訂的價格一樣的，這也算升級？搞不懂怎麼來的這麼多好評！刷的吧！！！還送了什麼道歉水果，都是壞的，衹有聖女果勉強新鮮，其他的不是癟的乾的就是壞的，都沒法吃！體驗感太不好了

酒店位置優越，環境好，交通便利，公交站出門幾分鐘就走到了。酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，寬敞明亮，床品舒適。前台人員服務都很好，很主動，熱情。早餐種類豐富，個人覺得性價比蠻高。房間設施設備齊全，服務人員態度和素質也很高，總體物超所值，是一次非常滿意的體驗，門口還可以停車，酒店非常nice！

前台服務人員素質很差，你跟她説話，就沒有任何反應，就像是沒有聽到你在説話一樣。並且服務過程很生硬，沒有任何笑臉。還有就是沒到退房時間，就開始催促退房。
