I often live in the whole season, and the sanitation facilities have always been good, but this time the check-in experience was not good. I didn't remind me about the renovation before I checked in. After I checked in, I posted a reminder on the elevator. It started from 8:00 am to 10:00 am intermittently. Waking up to the sound of a drill. However, I would like to praise Ctrip's customer service. After understanding the call and apologizing, I hope that the hotel will have a similar incident in the future and it should be marked on the check-in page.
