At Check in I managed to get the room I wanted and from there it was a pleasant stay . The staff are courteous . Just needed to explain what I was expecting and there were no difficulty

Though it is a dated hotel, the service and attudes of the staffs were great. Very personal service and they will make you feel very welcomed. Actually I stayed here on my birthday and they quickly noticed and the manager arranged a little cake and a card for me with a handwritten note. It meant a lot when I was away from my family
. The room I stayed was nice and quiet. Japanese restaurant was as great as when I visited here 20plus years ago. I was also watching concierges greeting people come in, there were genuine welcoming culture here. I will probably stay here again.

Convenient parking, luxurious high-ceiling lobby, warm service at the front desk, clean and tidy rooms, very quiet and comfortable, good beds to sleep on, will stay again if I have a business trip.

The breakfast is very rich. I have been surprised every time I have stayed here. There are flatbreads and mixed noodles that I like to eat in the open stall. There is also a small garden in the restaurant. It is nice to take a walk after breakfast. Recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
