This hotel is very convenient to Philippines consulate and SM City Mall . The room is clean 🧼 and the service is excellent.

在廿多度氣温下，每天酒店會關空調，没有冷氣。我们十多人入住二至三晚，每晚都要因房间又熱又焗去投诉，如不投诉不會開空調。另隔音差，住7樓每晚都有不知何處傳來的強勁音乐，而此酒店在2,3樓設有KTV，不確定是否在這處傳來。

酒店離SM城市廣場很近，步行10分鐘就到了。就是位置不太好找。距離地鐵站也很近。附近吃的很多，房間也很大，淋浴間很貼心的做了窗簾。下次還會再來。

體感真的不好，本想市中心找個性價比高的酒店，也沒打算寫評語，但到了退房離開的那天，前台女工作人員態度生硬，不懂變通讓我們的旅程有了遺憾，酒店本就是城市的窗口，特別是前台，讓人無法感覺到親和力和温暖感，冷冰冰的語言，我們是挺失望的，本來酒店就比較老舊，隔音不好，衞生間陳舊，生銹的不銹鋼，但酒店可以通過服務來提升環境的不足，不知道是不是不夠重視
