整個海邊這一塊的酒店都是一樣的，兩三層的樓房改造而成住宿條件，華而不實。
雙人間471一晚。
1，隔音效果非常差，整日整夜都有人間斷在吵，在那罵娘！？
2，窗户對着的外面，不到十米就是另外一家酒店，窗户也是關不好的。
3，洗漱台和房間電視櫃桌子連在一起，在卧室外面，不在衞生間，離譜。
4，衞生間衹要隔壁和樓上樓下用水，那是嘩嘩的響的一清二楚。
5，不是大床位，是比通常標準雙人間的床還窄一些，矮一些。
6，馬桶也是個破舊需要修理的。
7，衞生間門是個玻璃門（下半磨砂，上半透明），斜對面就是洗漱台的那塊鏡子，非常彆扭。
8，床鋪旁邊的白牆上很多黑印。
最後總結：除非是男生出行，而且睡眠狀態很好，不會受環境影響，不然其他人都不聯繫圖這一點點的距海邊近的方便度，又貴又睡不好。

因工作第一次來廈門出差，因為是臨時參展，所以預訂酒店時候比較倉促，當時周邊酒店每晚都非常貴，看到這家留點加個比較合適就果斷預訂，來了發現這個酒店完全超出我的預期。酒店位置很方便，從觀音山地鐵站步行過來大幾百米，然後酒店樓下幾十米就是漂亮的海灘和美食城。服務人員非常負責任和友好，對我們提出的需求都儘可能地滿足，房間很大也很乾凈整潔，燈光很温馨，床很舒服，讓本來繁忙的差旅也變得愜意舒服了，下次來廈門了還會再來海邊酒店。

酒店在觀音山景區內，對面就是海灘，周邊好多地方玩，不用出去都能玩幾天。酒店晚上很安靜，停車和吃東西都很方便，前台小姐姐不僅温柔漂亮，對客人很熱情和有耐心，房價實惠還包早餐，阿姨每天都會做熱騰騰的早餐，起床就能走過去吃，超級方便。建議夏天來玩，能玩水，冬天太冷了。

服務差，尤其是前台！
設施一般吧…
呵呵，新客們一定要記得主動跟前台説登記車牌，不然哪怕你當著她説麪停好車，她這睿智的腦子也絕對反應過來幫你登記。 事情過後（我自己付款了停車費），就提醒她“有新客户來，你一定要主動問一問客户要不要登記。”然後就唧唧歪歪找了無數理由，***越聽越氣！

酒店位置很好，靠近海邊，步行就能到海邊，還有個步行街，酒店有免費停車場停車也很方便，前台小姐姐服務很好，早餐也很不錯👍。
