The front desk staff are very good, and the facilities I want are basically all there. The service is robot, worthy of Hanting 3.5. The cleaning lady also cleaned the room without touching my personal belongings. This hotel is really good, don't worry!

Rubbish Hanting. My order was for a free room upgrade. When I checked in, the boy said he couldn't see it and asked to see my order. It was rude. Then the room type was not upgraded. Then the next day I went to have breakfast and came back and couldn't open the door. It was the first time I encountered a door that couldn't be opened before 12 o'clock. Very good, good service, new and clean decoration, coffee is available at the front desk. There is a subway station and bus station nearby, and transportation is very convenient.

The room cleaning needs to be improved. Many small places do not look clean. The breakfast floor is very oily, and the service staff will not show up unless you call them.

It is close to Xiamen Railway Station and a few hundred meters away from Wenzao subway entrance. There is a bus stop outside. The location of this hotel is also great! Super convenient, very close to Wenzao, and there are many places to eat nearby. Unfortunately, many restaurants and snack shops were closed during the Chinese New Year. In terms of facilities, this hotel was newly opened in 22 years. The decoration standard is 3.5. I think it is quite good for Hanting. The toilet mat is heated, and there is a feeling of being at home. Hahaha, it is convenient for me to poop 💩, especially when traveling, it is easy to be constipated and need to squat for a long time (sorry to go off topic). When you order takeout, a robot will deliver it. Except for the slightly slow speed, the experience is not bad. I stayed in the superior king-size bed room for three consecutive nights. It was very comfortable, slept well, and it was not very noisy. I could see the small park under the residential building opposite when I opened the window. The air was not bad. It's very close to the restaurants I want to eat. Recommended: Xiaoyanjing Food Stall (Huicheng Branch), Moriyama Herbal Grass, KOI Milk Tea, Adu Beef House, all within walking distance.
