We recently stayed for 1 night. But we need spend more time in Xiamen for an unexpectedly long time. So, back to this hotel and stayed a few more days. We received a very warm welcome at check-in and a welcome back gift in the room. Beautiful room with a wide and nice view, good desk to do the work and a lovely sofa to relax. Neat cleaning of the room every day. We gratefully made use of the Continental Club on the 8th floor. Very tasty, high-quality and delicious food. The furnishings feel like a living room where you immediately feel at home and at ease. The wait staff is professional and friendly with an appropriate distance. The hotel manager and the relationship manager made an effort for a personal conversation. Very attentive. Sufficiently qualified restaurants and lobby for your high tea with friends or business meetings. Highly recommended.

Great location near the central Xiamen island, within walking distance from Yundang lake. Taxi from the airport takes less than 30 minutes (50 yuan). Metro Line 1 to Xiamen North Railway Station is also close. The lobby is on the 7th floor, which can be a little confusing because you need to go there on your own first. The staff doesn't speak English very well, but enough to manage. They were very polite and courteous. The rooms were very clean and quite spacious, over 40 sqm. A toilet brush was missing (in my room). The city view is nice since all rooms are above the lobby (floor 7). Breakfast was good, mainly Chinese, with some other options, though the eggs were very salty so I couldn't enjoy them.

The hotel is located in the core, making it very convenient to go anywhere. It is also next to Bailuzhou, and the lake view room has a very good view. It's just that the glass may not have been cleaned for a long time, which affects the view. Special thanks go to Ms. Chen, the service manager on the 7th floor. She borrowed a thermometer because she had a fever before. When we met the next day, she asked us if we were feeling better, which made us feel warm in Xiamen. Wow what a brilliant hotel! I had originally booked for 2 nights and was going to go somewhere else in Fujian for my last 2 nights but we liked the hotel so much we spent the whole stay here. The staff is super friendly and helpful they went above and beyond to help us. The hotel has a lot of great amenities including a spa, swimming pool and restaurant. The pool has a really great view over the lake and of the city. The breakfast is mostly Chinese which is fine for me. I recommend the noodles they were delicious. We also ordered in from the hotel restaurant and tried Xiamen’s ginger duck which I highly recommend trying. The location is also brilliant it’s a 10 minute didi to Xiamen train station, the ferry to Gulangyu, the Paragon centre, the Mixc etc. There’s also a hospital next door that has a really quick and efficient covid testing centre for those of you that need a covid test to travel. Overall this was a great hotel and I will definitely be back for my next trip

We stayed during the dragon boat festival and the hotel has a great location, close to the main attractions. The staff were veery friendly and even though they didn't speak English they went above and beyond what we hoped for. Eason (嘉平) was wonderful and helped us book a tour to see the haka houses, he is a great asset to the hotel. Thank you to everyone and if we come back we will definitely book here again.

This stay experience is really good! Although Ctrip says the hotel was renovated a few years ago, it is really very clean.
