設施：設施比較完善，有洗衣房和健身房都很不錯，就是洗澡沒有拖鞋，需要光腳，主要可以完善一下

前台小姐姐非常熱情，服務很好，早上離店時外面正下着大雨，前台小姐姐主動幫忙打傘，直到把我送上車，非常感謝！酒店位於未央路正街，周邊有好幾個大型商場，附近景點也很多。交通便利，房間也很大，乾淨衞生，寬敞，明亮，酒店設施齊全，環境也比較好，強烈推薦，下次還會再入住的。

一般吧，其實離地鐵口有一段距離，也不是純純地鐵口。酒店樓下沒有商店，如果想要買點什麼還是挺麻煩的，衹能跑到1-200米外買。工作人員培訓不足，下午3點到的，不知道為什麼還沒有打掃房間，需要在樓下等個10分鐘才給房卡，在前台辦理入住的時候也是慢吞吞，不知道是訂單問題還是啥左叫一個人來看右叫一個人來看，搞得很久。到房間後發現房型一樣，但是少了一張桌子，不知道是有意還是無意。

酒店離景點比較遠，我定的大床房，可以實際房間和床都很小很小，廁所和淋浴間很擁擠，馬桶沒辦法正常坐着，因為旁邊放腳的位置是廁所的門，衞生做得不好，入住時發現上一位房客留的垃圾，然後第二天我掛了做清潔的牌子，結果回來發現垃圾還在，淋浴間地上有頭髮。我們定的350多一晚，住了三晚，床單被套沒有換過，不推薦這個酒店。窗子很小，外面還在改造很吵。
