酒店的位置非常便利。周圍有很多餐館和商店，步行幾分鐘就可以到達地鐵站，非常方便出行。這次住宿體驗非常棒，我很愉快地度過了幾天時間。如果有機會再次來到這個城市，我一定會再次選擇這家酒店。

最鬧心的是酒店服務，早上出去半個小時，回來時一下忘記兩間房間房卡哪裡去了，怎麼也找不到，以為是掉在早餐地方了，服務員打開房間後，再其他衣服兜裏面，問服務員這兩張卡是不是酒店的，酒店服務員説不是，他們是黃卡。四個人趕緊到處尋找，沿着早上路線一路尋找，沿路門市詢問，早餐垃圾桶翻找，足足找了四個小時有沒有找到，最後怎麼樣想不明白，該扣按金就扣吧，到酒店前台看一下房卡是什麼樣，一拿出來是白黃兩種卡，白卡這不就是第一次給服務員看的看嗎？簡直無語了，四個小時時間就這樣浪費了，那還有心情繼續待在西安旅遊，為了百兒八十按金，酒店不至於誤導遊客吧，我的大西安。事後聯繫酒店經理説明情況，經理非常囂張，態度惡劣，連一個抱歉都沒有，西安現在旅遊市場就爛的如此正大光明嗎？

酒店服務的服務態度很棒，地暖跟空調很給力，也有免費停車場。這裏設施很全，佈置很好，跟圖片上是一樣的。價格也比較實惠，玩的也比較開心。下次還會來這裏噠！

首先進入酒店內，前台接待服務態度非常好，入住後，房間環境很好，很乾凈，東西齊全，住着挺舒服的，酒店網絡也很好不卡，工作玩遊戲追劇都不成問題，特別完美，無懈可擊，酒店附近的美食，景點也都不錯
