老闆對人熱情，出行方便離地鐵口非常近，房間寬敞明亮，衞生乾淨整潔，設備設施齊全。

樓梯民房，最高要爬6樓，住宿環境衹能將就，要求要是稍微高點，就不必睡這裏！不是傳統電梯賓館，是民房！這個賓館日常80塊一晚的價格，五一當天訂也就130塊，因此，不要提前訂！不要提前訂！提前訂房要220一晚！節省的差價都夠去西安吃好多東西了！最重要的是，當地賓館選擇多的很！大可不必提前定一個步梯民房！西安站附近差不多的大床房，在5月4號就70塊一晚呢！所以在西安不要擔心沒有地方住！

房間很舊，窮遊可以考慮一下。如果作為旅遊或者商務出差完全不推薦。大家可以選擇稍微貴一點的，環境貴會好很多。畢竟不能苦了自己，的要懂得愛自己丫

老闆娘很客氣，老闆特別爽快，房間設施齊全，衞生乾淨，給的優惠特別大
，不開空調有涼快主要是因為房間大，底下就是小吃街，離地鐵口600米距離，出行方便，
