The beautiful trip to Xi'an was ruined by a hotel. This hotel has only 5 and 6 floors. Because the floor is low, you can hear the traffic outside. Recently, there was construction outside, and the sound of trucks in the middle of the night was an extra surprise. The most outrageous thing was that the room leaked in the early morning when I checked in! Afterwards, the hotel explained that it was a leak in the air conditioner. I was frightened in the middle of the night and called the front desk. The staff's reply was that I should observe it again and continue to stay... Later, it leaked again and I was given a new room. Because of the fright and the rush to change rooms, my old mother was scared to take high blood pressure medicine. I didn't sleep all night. The next day, I was not given breakfast because of the room change problem. Such a service attitude is really suffocating. A hotel has no on-duty leader at night, only a security guard and a lady at the front desk. In case of an emergency, it is also questionable whether personal safety is guaranteed. The attitude of the account manager *** in handling this matter is even more of a negative example of hotel management. He speaks harshly, has a touching emotional intelligence, and always exaggerates himself and shirks responsibility.
