The Novotel was a bit disappointing. It was one of the more expensive hotels in the inner city so we thought it would be good. The staff were really friendly and forthcoming. The room was a bit average, the Bell tower hotel is far cheaper a bit older but has much bigger rooms. The gym has two running machines and some free weights? Got a better gym in average units in Australia. The laundry facilities are handy and a bonus. Cant say a sink in the main room is a bonus. I can not recommend the breakfast, very low quality fruit and bread I guess its ok if you are into Chinese breakfast and eat meat. The coffee is gross even Macas has better coffee. I would not consider staying here again. To expensive for what you get compared to the other hotels and accommodation available. The location is convenient to the metro, bell&drum tower, mosque, markets and south gate etc

The best things about this hotel were: free laundry and great service. We traveled a lot and this was the only hotel we can wash our clothes and got fresh ones. In fact the staff 严巧玪 and 谢蓉蓉were so helpful that they collected and laundry and folded them and delivered to my hotel room. The shower water was great also. The room was very cleaned and always in order after we return. We loved the breakfast and tea time in the afternoon. The location is awesome very convenient. We highly recommend this one.

I stayed here for one night while traveling in Xi'an. Someone recommended it before and said that this hotel has a good environment. After arriving, I found that the environment is not bad. I wanted to travel during the off-peak hours but unexpectedly encountered heavy snowfall when I arrived. I was unprepared and caught off guard. The hotel's front desk provided attentive service and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and patient. Great hotel, clean, service staff with very good attitude. Breakfast was delivered to the room on the first day. There was also sweet soup in the evening. The rest of the days were buffets. Since we woke up very late every day, we didn't go to the buffet, but I felt that the buffet should be even better. It was really great to stay for four days. This was a perfect place for my stay in Xi’An. Located directly next to the South Gate for the Xi’An city wall, it was very easily accessible and had so many options around. The room was clean and had all the necessities. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to communicate with us. The staff knew very little English, but definitely tried their best. From check-in all the way to check-out, the staff was incredibly receptive and professional. They helped to suggest the best local cuisine as well as helping to get a taxi to the airport. When leaving, front office manager Jerry He personally greeted us and checked on our stay. I will certainly rebook this hotel for my next stay in Xi’An

I think this hotel is the most convenient choice of all hotels in Xi'An. It's right in front of the Bell Towers, and walking distance to so many tourist spots, even situated right in front of metro exit. It's easy to call a cab here. The breakfast didn't have much choice, but if you're in a mood for other types of food, you can just go outside and find so many nearby restaurants. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel so much despite the hotel is old and that the window doesn't have view of the bell tower.

The guides don’t speak English (even if they say they do) and they can charge you some extra fees for the bus usage. It’s easy to get around as the metro station and bus stops are near, as well as some sights(鼓楼，钟楼，西安城墙）The room was spacious and clean, although the bathroom door was transparent which caused us a mild inconvenience. Breakfast was very good: a lot of options to choose from. The lobby area is very cosy and the front desk staff are nice and friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would recommend it to everyone! For this price it’s definitely a great choice

I don't like the taste of lilies so I took it far away. Service: I contacted the homestay before I checked in, and the front desk sent the location, traffic, etc. after adding WeChat. We came late, more than 9 o'clock, so the front desk put the door card on the light outside the door. One day at about 4 pm, white fungus soup was also provided (see luck, not always). There are small snacks at the front desk to eat, and a small gift is given before leaving. Breakfast is OK, on the first floor traffic: very close to the clock tower, very convenient. After the plane came down, the airport bus clock tower station stopped directly 50 meters away from the hotel. The home downstairs can also help to call the drop-off or set a day trip. The homestay is a facility under the home: the new homestay so everything is very clean. The hotel was in a great location. It’s right beside the Muslim quarter so there’s so much street food. There’s also food chains like McDonald’s and kfc and Starbucks near by. The Great Mosque is only 5 minute walk and so is the drum and bell tower. The room was nice and clean and had the basics. The only negative was the AC was not great. It doesn’t cool the room but this is probably due to central air conditioning being controlled by the hotel which is common with most places in China. The staff were nice even though they had limited English. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you want easy access to the different tourists attractions!

Lots of delicious food are found here.👍 Their reception staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, they offered us beverages to quench our thirst due to our long train ride from another province. Due to our late departing flight schedule, they were to accomodate to our request for late check-out.👍 Their breakfast is nice and delicious, catering to both Chinese and Western style. We were even given complimentary home-made beverages, something which we did not anticipate and this gesture delighted us. 👍 Their family room is ideal for our family of 4 adults, spacious space and good disposable toiletries. Staff cleaning the hotel rooms were polite, friendly and did a thorough job. Room was cleaned everday, at different timings, as they accomodate to our timing for sight seeing.👍 We would like to thank all staff from Holiday Inn Express Bell Tower Xi An for making our leisure trip a wonderful and memorable one. 😘 Thank you ❤️

I took exit 9 or 1, but unfortunately the escalator of the road was off, hence made me difficult to find the hotel with some luggages. Staff is friendly and helpful eventhough they have some limitation in english speaking but they were trying to help us. Hotel name in didi app called as Feiman hotel. Suggest the hotel add english name (Feiman) on the hotel building instead of only Chinese character name.
