Jinjiang Star Pinshang Hotel

I booked a room at Jinjiang Inn for two days during the May Day holiday because early bird booking is more cost-effective. The room was very comfortable, clean and tidy, and the front desk staff had good service. I recommend this hotel!

Since I was on a business trip, I encountered the worst service. It happened in Jinjiang Inn, which is known as a five-star service. I have always trusted the brand of Jinjiang, but this time I was really surprised. I was a little surprised when I met the cold attitude of the waiter on the first day of check-in. Sure enough, several things happened later, which confirmed my doubts. I checked in at noon. I was tired from the journey and was resting. Suddenly, the alarm sounded and a voice reminder came from the corridor that there was a fire. Later, it was a false alarm and no one came out to explain. I renewed the reservation online at night, but the next day I was out on business and received a call from the front desk saying that the room I booked did not meet the first-time accommodation standards. I specifically asked the front desk to confirm that I didn’t need to change the room. I also asked me when I said it and I had to check the video. Later, I was explained that it was a newcomer who didn’t understand. Let me give a five-star review online, so I didn’t have to change. I returned to the room the next night, but what surprised me was that the room was not cleaned. I called the front desk and questioned my statement. I was so angry that I almost prepared to change hotels immediately. After more than 20 minutes, the waiter came to clean. I don't know who the person was, but I heard someone's voice on the intercom, asking the cleaning lady to apologize to me. Such an attitude is ridiculous. When I checked out, a middle-aged man next to me also cancelled his room. He was also dissatisfied with the service and hygiene. Alas, I guess I will never choose Jinjiang Inn again.

The cherry blossoms in East Lake are also very beautiful! The hotel service is also very humane. I give it a thumbs up.
