The hotel has a nice location and has rooms of a good value for money. You are able to pay extra for breakfast in the form of a buffet with different sorts of food to choose from.

The room is so clean and well organized. The bathroom is neat and comfortable. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect as well. The East lake scenic area is just a few minutes away from the hotel.

五一假期在錦江之星訂了兩天房，因爲早鳥訂性價比高。房間住起來很舒服，打掃乾淨衛生，前台人員服務態度不錯，推薦這家酒店！

商務出差以來，遇上服務最差的一次。居然發生在號稱五星服務的錦江之星。一直以來對錦江的品牌很信任，這次真的大跌眼鏡。第一天入住遇上服務員冷冰冰的態度，就有點略微驚訝。果然後來發生了幾件事，印證了我的疑慮。中午入住，旅途勞頓，正在休息，突然警鈴大作，走廊傳來的語音提醒，發生火情。後來虛驚一場，也沒人出來解釋。晚上在網上續訂天，結果第二天在外辦事，接到前台開電，説我訂的不符合先住房標準，我晚上專門問前台確認過，説不用換房。還要追問我什麼時間説的，還要去查錄像。後來給我解釋説是新人不懂就算了。讓我網上給個五星好評，就不用換了。第2天晚上我回到房間，結果讓我大吃一驚的是房間居然沒打掃。我打電話給前台，還質疑我的説法。氣得我差點馬上準備換酒店。過了20多分鐘，服務員趕來打掃衞生。對講機傳來不知什麼人的聲音，説讓掃地的阿姨給我道個歉。這樣的態度真是滑稽。退房的時候旁邊有一個大叔也退訂了房間。也是對服務和衞生不滿意。唉，估計以後我也不會再選擇錦江之星了。

挺好的，在省委對面安全感滿滿，左邊特警右邊有公安局，東湖的櫻花開的也是特別好看！酒店服務也挺人性化點個贊非常不錯👍到了晚上去坐一下江灘的輪渡，吹吹晚風看看燈光秀值了
