Pleasant stay at the hotel, just have few complaints about the noise at night you can hardly sleep and the Wi-Fi wasn’t working from this room. Above all great service from the reception.

酒店下一層是ktv半夜三四點都有人唱歌 吵死了 而且根本不隔音 隔壁的聲音聽的一清二楚！

衞生衹能説正常的，酒店房間，開了兩次，兩次兩個房間都有一個燈是壞的，第二次這個房間淋浴還是壞的，凌晨4點多樓下KTV唱歌能給客人吵醒，隔音挺有特色的

預訂的房間去的時候是晚上了，開房的時候説需要交付按金會在退房後退回原付款賬户，我説找個稍微安靜的房間就安排在了最裡麪。晚上的前台服務態度還可以説沒一次性拖鞋也送了過來。準備睡覺的時候室友被一個細碎的玻璃渣紮了一下!！！重點玻璃渣在床上!！！我不舒服是穿着衣服睡得早上起來才發現被子裏面有藍色墨水的痕跡……這屬於衞生細節不到位啊！！！（本來就不舒服，想着能睡就行，就沒想着拍照）早上去退房時的前台直接説扎帳了現在前台手機裏沒有電子貨幣衹有兩張50的現金，我和朋友看着其中一張紙幣提出了質疑（紙張轉動沒有變化擔心碰到假幣）就説換一下，那個前台就説沒有我看他面前有驗鈔機，但是他不用。他們就説那兩張錢給他，他轉我們微信然後他就特別不耐煩，就説沒有，公司裏面的手機裏面沒有錢，然後衹有那個兩張現金。我就問他晚上的前台和早上的前台兩個人説的話都不一樣，一個説是原路的返回賬户，一個説退現金或微信他們兩個誰到底誰説的是真的，誰説的是假的？就問他你能不能解決？你要實在不能解決的話，我就打12315解決了，前台就特別語氣特別不耐煩的説:行了行了，我去給你們換。剛出門的時候還特別小聲的説了一句，其他人都沒有你們事兒這麼多。早上前台的服務態度太惡劣了。本來挺好的都不準備計較被子上的痕跡，和碎玻璃渣子了，結果大清早的退個房搞得人心情都不好了，也別怪我給差評，畢竟以後也不會再產生交集了，住房體驗感太差了
