我定的是圖一這種 貴一些也看得出比圖二好一些 結果那個二愣子前台給我開了圖二這種房 我都沒注意 退房之後翻訂單才發現不是我定的那個房型 還好我有拍圖找攜程客服了 前台態度極其差 那個短頭髮像個男的那個 説話好像生怕被人聽見了 蚊子嗡嗡都比他大 不情不願得一副樣子 沒有阿姨去打掃 開房的時候也衹給了房卡其他什麼都沒説 結果第二天晚上去要牙具 我都沒抱怨怎麼沒人打掃 她倒好 反倒意思還怪我怎麼白天沒問阿姨要 我倒是想 阿姨人影子都沒見着 她説打電話啊 我都不知道哪有電話房間一個座機都沒有 弄了半天是讓我們用自己手機打房卡上的電話 外賣吃了我自己收拾好放門口一天都沒人拿走的 就這？？你們這是旅社水平吧 也好意思叫酒店 信號極其差經常沒網 熱水也是洗幾分鐘就沒了 沙發上的大塊污漬都沒洗乾淨 我真是頭次見這種酒店 另一個前台跟個怨婦似的催退房 真給我逗笑了 打掃衞生沒見這麼積極？催退房倒是積極 賣家最好別跟我槓 自己心裏有點數

位置很好找，離地鐵站的位置很近，旁邊就是skp，酒店的衞生和環境不錯，前台的服務態度很好，有問題溝通之後會及時解決，最意外的是房間裏的鞦韆是真的可以盪的，阿姨每天都會來打掃清潔，整理的很乾凈。

房間挺大的，通透明亮，兩個人住還留有很大的空間，房間有一個按摩儀可以免費使用，在外面逛了一天，還可以緩解疲勞，舒服的很，推薦來武漢玩的朋友們入住

第一次和朋友來武漢，還免費看了一場雪景，繁華路段能住到性價比如此高的酒店真是極少，空間真的超級大，1.8米的大床，舒適的沙發，前台小姐姐人很不錯，因為不喜歡和朋友擠一張床，前台小姐姐還讓阿姨幫我們把沙發秒變成一張1.5的床，晚上在用投影儀看個電影啥的，最讓我滿意的還配備的有洗衣機，酒店的地段也超級好，第一次來武漢真的感覺很棒。

房間很大最重要是床鋪和毛巾，都是新的非常白，出差和會議的地方也比較近前台服務員的態度都挺好，不是禮拜天價格也非常合適

性價比很高的酒店，房間非常乾淨，工作服務人員服務很熱情，態度親切，非常到位，地鐵走出來的話差不多得七八分鐘，因為在修路，所以有一點位置難找，樓下很多好吃的，挺好的
