Hongshan Hotel
4.7/51309 Reviews
Chuhehan Street/East Lake/Hubei Provincial Museum
An old five-star hotel in Wuhan, with status, history, fame, and a French and American feel! The location is good, very close to Wuchang Station and Wuhan East Station. East Lake, Wuhan University, Yangtze River Bridge, and Yellow Crane Tower are all starting prices. There is Metro Line 2 downstairs. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is large, but it's a bit difficult to find peace in the middle of the noise! For the hotel package we booked, the dinner buffet is cost-effective, but calling it a seafood buffet is a bit far-fetched! The overall service attitude is very good. The front desk helped to book a place for dinner. Special praise to the receptionist in the lobby, because the child got motion sickness when checking in (forgot to ask his name, around 12 noon on 9.9), who helped unload the luggage and kept it with him after check-in. Come into the room! During dinner, Manager Xiong received the reception very well, with enthusiasm and courtesy. He also helped get the meals and gave snacks and handicrafts to the children!

The sound insulation of the room is very good and very quiet. The front desk lady is very beautiful, very good and very caring. The hotel water heater works very well, the water volume is large, the bathroom is very clean, the mattress is very comfortable, very suitable for a family to live. The hotel is strategically located and it is very convenient to go anywhere.

The location of the hotel is very good, not far from the subway line 4, the decoration of the hotel is very old, but the room is very large. The waiter's service attitude was very good. Whatever happened, it was resolved quickly.
Lijiang Hotel

Chuhehan Street/East Lake/Hubei Provincial Museum
Family travel, because with children, so want to book a parent-child room. Compared with the surrounding hotels, the price and room size are suitable for the final selection of Lijiang Hotel. The whole hotel is a parent-child room. The room is large. This is also my point. There are two large beds. Although the floor is low, the lighting is OK. It is also equipped with foam floors, small tables and toys. Children like it very much. The room is decorated in HelloKitty style, with many cute little pillows and dolls, and the overall style is cute. A girl staff member at the front desk has a good service attitude and can also be considered for the sake of the guests in the hotel. The fly in the ointment is that breakfast is not included, you have to pay for your own meal, the room is in the annex building, the elevator can not be directly reached, after the elevator, you have to take a staircase to get to the room, but not far. The room hardware is slightly old, the toilet seat has no buffer equipment, it would be better if it could be updated. Overall, it is possible to meet the accommodation requirements.

Yellow Crane Tower/Wuchang Railway Station
The hotel is located very close to a Subway station. They have advertised the hotel as a 5 stars hotel at a very low price. The 5 stars part was not true. The picture on their ad was also incorrect. I would give them 3 stars. However, the price was very reasonable and service was good.

Yellow Crane Tower/Wuchang Railway Station
Advantages: The location of the hotel is really good. It is convenient to go everywhere. It is super close to the subway. I can see the Yellow Crane Tower from the floor where I am. The price is also in line with the current conditions of the hotel. Need to improve: 1. The service is really not good! When I checked out, I came to the front desk, and there was no customer to handle business. The three receptionists all saw me, but no one responded to me. I took my baby at the front desk for 30 seconds and no one responded, and finally said check out! Still no one cares! (It feels like all three of them are pretending to be stupid, and whoever takes the initiative takes care of the attitude), I was instantly angry, and only then did I respond to check out. It's very baffling. 2. The hotel facilities are too old, the walls and sound insulation are not good enough. The above is for reference.
