這家絕對配不上4星級。
服務人員：前台以及其他服務人員沒有任何服務意識，一瓶礦泉水都不會多給你，全國哪家星級酒店能做到？ 辦理入住及退房時態度不好，誰欠你的了？怎麼這麼牛？
退按金時不跟我説就直接扣了幾十塊錢，我問才説是枕頭上有污漬，難以想象這個污漬是怎麼能夠在我們的頭上存在，然後弄到枕頭上的，這家酒店真的有鬼，垃圾。
衞生：湊湊合合。
環境：新裝修的，這家距離本地一些地方很近，結合當地這幾年的大新聞，能夠推斷出這家酒店為什麼存在。
在出差時真的要相信酒店的評價，高星但是低分一定是有問題的！

1，店內餐廳服務員不帶口罩。雖然疫情放開了，但是早餐服務人員不帶就不合適了吧，即使不帶你也別對顧客説出都陽過了沒事，這是應有的素質嗎？2前台人員弄虛作假，糊弄顧客。顧客在入住時繳納200按金，在退房時退還按金提出掃顧客的收付款碼，以為掃了之後就能收到退回的按金，可是顧客從前台走到大門的20多秒鐘竟然沒有收到付款，然後返回前台詢問，前台工作人員説給你已經付完了，我反問到既然付完了就把你的交易記錄拿出來讓我看看！然後旁邊的工作人員見狀操作手機，不一會我就收到退回的200按金了，提醒入住的顧客一定要現金！小心被騙！
