The room had bedbugs. I always check for bedbugs and roaches in all hotels and this time one was crawling on the pillow. I caught it and then Google it because I have never actually seen one before. It was definitely a bedbug. I put it in a bag and packed out stuff up and went to the front dest to tell them. The lady was nice but she didn't think it was a bedbug. She asked someone else and then came back and told me to call the manager for a full refund. I called today and she said I was not charged for the room but I need to contact ******* so they can call her and confirm and then refund me. I don't see a number to call so I messaged someone and they shut off the comments so I can't say anything else. This hotel needs updating as well. The lobby looks really nice but the rooms are not nice. Paint is peeling in the bathroom and the rooms are old and need updating

I booked this hotel specifically because they have a hot tub, but when I arrived I found out that it is closed for maintenance. I was told they don’t share that information when booking because they don’t know when it will be working again.

The staff was super nice and warm welcome. The variety of breakfast was really good. The room was convenient and clean. The only negative point if the pool is out of service you should mention it! It's definitly, a place to stop with the kids! Thanks, The Canadians.

We decided to book a suite after our 10 hour ride. It was great . So much room and a separate living room. 2 TV.s. the bathroom was clean and spa like. The breakfast was beyond our expectations and the lady looking after the breakfast was very helpful. I asked if there was gluten-free freebread and she went out back and got a piece from the freezer. Then she brought me out a gluten free muffin for the road! Loved this place. Will definitely stay again.

It takes a lot for me to give a five star, however this hotel if needed to be done. Great customer service, the hotel room was quiet and peaceful. I would stay here again. The breakfast spread was even better.

The hotel is a little dated and certain things could use a better cleaning, but it did the job for our stay. The staff we interacted with was friendly and made sure we had what we needed. This was the second time we've stayed here because the price was more reasonable than other hotels in the area.

This property is dated and in need of renovation or repair. Lots of scraps/marks in the room, holes in table and cabinets. The bed sheets were clean, but mattress was not comfortable. The HVAC unit did not work well and was extremely dirty, our room was hot all night long which made it for a long night. Not the type of quality expected from the Fairfield brand. Staff however were lovely and very friendly. Breakfast was average, not terrible.
