首先房間裝修是1.0的狀態，（工作人員表示今年會對房間進行翻新），但這並不是我給差評的原因。
通過撥打總部電話以及網上查閲的方式瞭解到——《工作人員根據預留的手機號添加v索要好評的行為》華住會總部一般是不允許的，但是門店可以自行安排。所以這個行為很明顯是店長施壓到每個工作人員的“考核性任務”，所以在添加成功後目的性很明確的上來就要好評，而不是詢問住的怎麼樣有哪些改進措施，這與後續電話溝通中的女員工（大概率就是店長）口中所説的“添加好友衹為了瞭解入住體驗”相違背！！！
所以在這裏我的這個評價希望可以給店長一些思考：1.你作為一店之長應該考慮的是如何在硬件設施相對落後的情況下，提高住客的入住體驗（如相應的優惠卷或者小禮物等等），認真且誠懇的詢問並接受住客在退房時提出的建議再告知硬件設施落後的原因爭取取得客人的諒解（因為設施落後是總部的原因，相信大部分客人都可以體諒，畢竟價格在那）
但是你選擇了最不可取的這種方式【添加私人v並索要好評！！】設施落後，後續處理也一敗塗地
2.作為店長拿着比普通員工高一倍的工資，卻把了解住客入住體驗的唯一途徑甩手給了底層員工，效果適得其反，這就是你店鋪評分低的真實原因！！你拿着高工資卻沒有相應的付出！！
最後，我會時刻關注你店鋪的評價，如果再有此類現象，我會繼續投訴總部
