Toilet full of cockroaches. Entire hotel full of cigarettes smell. The toilet window is transparent and how to stay with my family members? And during night full of mosquito. Bad front desk staffs as they received more than what is written in trip receipt. Even have outsider come in to my room and due to front desk allocate then to the room number. 厕所里全是蟑螂。整个酒店充满了烟味。洗手间窗户是透明的，如何与家人相处？晚上充满了蚊子。前台工作人员态度不好，因为他们收到住宿费比收据上写的多。即使有外人进入我的房间，由于前台分配了房间号。

The facilities were good and the Laotian staff were friendly, but since it was a smoking hotel, many Chinese people were smoking cigarettes everywhere, so the smell of cigarettes made it very difficult.

공항 픽드롭, 웰컴과일, 조식 포함이라 예약했습니다.
관광지와 거리는 멀지만 공항에서 가까워 이 호텔을 선택했습니다.
사전에 미리 픽업 예약을 하고 기사와 차량 정보를 받았습니다.
하지만 공항에 기사는 없었고 호텔에 전화를 3번한 끝에 40분 기다려서 픽업 택시를 탈 수 있었습니다. 중국어를 못 한다면 소통이 안 될거 같습니다. 이렇게 오래걸릴 줄 알았더라면 관광지에 인접한 호텔을 선택했을것입니다.
직원은 사과 한마디 없었습니다.
웰컴과일은 구경조차 하지 못 했습니다.
위치는 차이나타운에 위치합니다. 주변에 큰 마트가 있습니다.
방은 넓고 깨끗해 보였으나 침구류는 그렇지 않았습니다.

這是中國福建人開辦的酒店，條件不錯，飲食習慣與中國無異，周邊也有很多中國餐館，中國人也很多。很方便，條件不錯，環境整潔，當地人的服務員也很熱情，服務周到，一説就提供服務，不拖拉。

地址位置不錯，位於三江商貿區商圈。有免費機場接送機服務。房間夠大，設施齊全，類似國內的維也納酒店。遺憾的是老撾本地的服務員還要加強培訓，服務水平有很大的提高。總的來説還是，性價比合理吧
