Best Four Star Hotels in Vang Vieng

This place have amazing view and great location in the city center. Absolutely, I will come back again to stay in mountain view room. It is worth it to spend money for breakfast, room, and location! 위치 너무 좋고 조식 괜찮고 가성비 뛰어나고, 다시 안 올 이유가 없습니다~

Location: China-Laos high-speed rail, get out of Vang Vieng Station, take a TUTU car, LAK 100,000, about 40 RMB, ten minutes by car. By the NamSong River, it is a small courtyard of its own. It is not big, but it is well maintained. The flowers and trees are neat, the facilities are complete and clean, and it is very quiet. Great location and friendly staff. We found many insects during our stay, which is understandable given Vang Vieng is pretty much surrounded by jungle and it was a rainy night. However, we were waken up by a GIANT cockroach, and there were no staff or housekeeper to handle the situation in the middle of the night, so we have to handle it ourselves. Breakfast was nice and you get to enjoy it on the river bank is a plus.

We reached the hotel with high expectations after an enjoyable stay in Luang Prabang but boy were we disappointed . The room in itself was spacious and the bathroom had a bathtub and good layout but those were the only positives.As soon as my friend took a bath ,the bathroom started flooding due to poor drainage ,we complained to the front desk who supposedly upgraded us to a room that was smaller and cramped than our original room. And that’s where more problems began,power was out for an hour,hotel phones didn’t work,same drainage issues,AC started leaking and by the end of it we just wanted to leave the hotel. Staff especially the so called manager was not cooperative and least concerned about our problems. The only one who showed some concern was a guy called Mili.He was nice and helpful. The hotel seems eerie at night when we had to sit in the darkness.If you like dark rooms go for it. Overall very poor experience,disappointing and just not worth it for the price we paid.

Honestly I have never needed to write a bad review for a hotel before, but I genuinely feel like I need to warn future guests at all costs to avoid staying in this hotel. There are genuinely realms of things I could state about this hotel, however I don't think they are even worth writing about in detail in comparison to the major issue we had. These smaller complaints include a leaking toilet that caused toilet water to smell up our bathroom, raging parties every night until all hours of the morning, rude guests that were taking pictures of myself and my friends by the pool and the staff laughing when we reported it to them, the eagle tied up next to the stairs for breakfast, the staff washing a dead pig by the stairs to the bedroom etc. The above complaints do not even compare to the treatment we received at this hotel, which has forced me to write this complaint. Myself and my friends woke up to a man (not staff) who entered our room in the early morning. One of my friends woke up, this is when the man panicked and left. We were very confused and felt very unsafe. A few more friends had been staying in another room, and the days prior had a couple walk into their room twice with their key. They were confused and presumed the hotel has given them the wrong room. Upon thinking of all these situations, we decided to test our room key on a different room that no one was staying in to see if the room keys were programmed to open all rooms.... low and behold they were. We felt extremely extremely unsafe as their was a man on the premises that had come into our room and men who continued to make us feel very unsafe by calling at us and taking pictures throughout our stay. We raised this issue to the owner and asked for a refund because we didn't feel comfortable staying another night. The manager ignored us and walked away from us numerous times because she didn't want to deal with us. Eventually, this heated encounter ended up with a threat to call the police. We left as we decided this hotel wasn't worth arguing with as they clearly had no regard for their guests and we had to spend a night at another hotel last minute. I worked in a hotel for 6 years and am absolutely horrified and baffled at the treatment we received. Genuinely, there are many other places to stay in much superior locations in Vang Vieng and I would avoid staying here at all costs.

100% recommended if you come to Vang Vieng! The location of the hotel is perfect, you have the night market, morning market and bus station really close walking. You also have the train station at 40 min walking We stayed in the atic apartment and was amazing. Huge beautiful apartment with amazing balcony and views of Vang Vieng mountains. You can see the sunset and air balloons from the bed The facilities are also really good! You have a really nice bar where the food is delicious ( also the breakfast ), swimming pool and the staff is so kind and helpful A must in Vang Vieng 💯

Excellent hotel with affable service staff always willing to help. Very clean, well decorated, nice rooftop bar for sundowners with an excellent view of the city (including the hotair balloons. Within reach of main transport arteries in the town, restaurants, curio shops, markets, and other tourism/entertainment related amenities. Overall a pleasant experience, highly recommended for work and business trips or basic leisure. Khun. Tawan.

The rooms are spacious, clean and hygienic, and hot air balloons can be seen outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. A little distance from the downtown area, walk for ten minutes, the hotel has a free car to the city. The meal in the hotel restaurant is delicious and the price is moderate. The pool is very comfortable. There is a single-family villa, but it feels not as comfortable as living in a building.

First of all, close to everything, located on a very quiet street! We had a wonderful corner room, very bright, with nice view over the town and the lovely mountains. Staff is super sweet! The guy who is in charge at front desk is very very helpful and speaks excellent English. The hotel is a bit run down but very clean and good beds, hot shower, good WiFi. We did not use the pool, the water there looked so so. Breakfast okay, ask and they will give you what you want. Need tickets etc, they will fix it. You can pay with card. We had a very nice time!

Whoever has no problem with loud Chinese day and night on the rivers can check in here. Here Chinese short-term holidays are going down in masses that have not yet learned. behave.
