But within half a day, I received a text message from the hotel manager contacting me to solve my problem. The tone was sincere and the solution was feasible. This unpleasant incident during my trip was immediately turned around, and my trip to Xinjiang came to a successful conclusion. I waited until today to post this positive review because I just received a replacement souvenir from the hotel manager. It was from the same store where I bought it and was well packaged. Thank you to the staff for giving me a very satisfactory solution. Mistakes are inevitable at work, but I admire this attitude of solving the problem very much. These two stores are stores where I have done my homework. When I went to buy, there was a long queue, but I didn’t expect the staff to go and give it to me. It was hard work when purchasing, so I would like to express my gratitude to you. I also hope that you can pay more attention to your work in the future and try to avoid mistakes. I wish you all the best in your work. In addition, I recommend this hotel to travelers who need a hotel in Wushi. The transportation is convenient. There is a bus stop at the door and a subway station about one kilometer away from the intersection. The room is a little small, but neat and clean. (The water in the shower in the bathroom was not smooth when I stayed. I hope the hotel can improve it as soon as possible.) The main reason is that the attitude of the staff here is really good. It's a good experience.

I visited this hotel for a total of 3 nights over a couple of weeks. Each time I arrived late and left early. So to be perfectly honest I cannot give a thorough review of the Hotel and Amenities. Check in was smooth, checking passports and health codes delays things, but it is a necessary requirement at the moment. My rooms were spacious, comfortable and well appointed. I had views over the suburbs and one over the nearby buildings. Breakfast was good quality buffet on the occasion I was able to eat. A wide variety of food options to suit all types of travelers. Do not anticipate a big plate of Bacon if you are expecting a Western full breakfast however. Swimming pool was closed according to a disappointed travel companion.Downstairs bar area was often unattended. But there is a shop in the parking area just outside to the left, selling basic soft drinks and beer and snacks, if you cannot get bar service. Check in staff were friendly. Bed comfortable, but others in my group complained ”too hard” or ”too soft” that really is a personal preference. Location, there is a huge shopping complex literally outside the hotel, cross the car park and enter a huge complex (you will be on the 5th floor) that caters for almost any need that I could think of. Restaurant area and night spots were a 10 - 15 minute ride away in a taxi. But there was what looked like a night market and Plaza at street level outside the hotel. I never got to check it out. If I stayed at Urumqi again I would probably choose a cheaper place closer to the airport. When all I needed was a bed the extra travel time and cost is not worth it. If staying several days I would choose this hotel again. That is honestly all I can contribute.

On the first day of check-in, there is only one room of the same room type. It can only be opposite to the bar on the first floor, not to mention the location of the floor. The room is very small and can only put a bed, there is not much space, and secondly, there is a gap in the door. Larger, poor sound insulation, and very noisy outside. In the early morning, many cars came out of the parking lot and honked their horns. We didn’t understand why we honked the horns so many times when we went out because the hotel did not enter vehicle information. The hotel staff opened it, and the staff who charged the next day said that the hotel had to record information to open it. I just wanted to say that on the first day, I didn’t know why the guests were not told to enter the vehicle information when they opened the door at the time the parking lot was used; Building, the bathroom was a bit offensive, the door could not be locked, and the waiter was called and said, ”This is just not locked, it's okay, it can't be opened from the outside.” I have stayed at Home for many times. This experience is the worst, not to mention getting more and more expensive, I will consider other homes next time

The hotel is newly renovated. The facilities and equipment are very clean. The decoration style is fresh. The online booking price is very affordable. It is only a ten-minute walk to Youhao Shopping Mall. The check-in experience is great. I quickly renewed my reservation for a few days. Although the room faces the street, the sound insulation effect of the windows is very good, which does not affect your night's rest at all. The performance was very shocking and there were a lot of smiles. It was an experience to be neighbors with horses. I stayed there for two nights and I still don’t understand why I have to take the elevator to the fourth floor to enter the guest room. The hotel serves fantastic breakfast, wonderful bathroom, fast and reliable Wi-Fi but most important very friendly and professional staff with excellent English language. Because I have worked at InterContinental Hotel for eight years before, my requirements for hotels are actually quite high😬. I have stayed in hotels in Urumqi many times. Most of them have good hardware and average service. The hardware with good service is average, and there are always failures in the hotel, but it is different here.
