I cycled back to Urumqi from Karamay and chose to stay at the Conrad Hotel again. Facilities: The facilities are complete and comfortable, and the toilet space in the room is large! Hygiene: The cleaning is very clean. When I go in, I feel the warm atmosphere of a tidy ”home” Environment: The hotel is in a very advantageous location. Downstairs is the Meimei shopping mall. Shopping and eating are our first choices. Even the taxi driver said that we are good at choosing hotels. The hotel is conveniently located to all major attractions! Service: The service attitude of the hotel is very good. We have to catch a flight the next day. After taking the luggage down to the first floor, the little brother helped us hail a taxi. He personally loaded the luggage into the car. This kind of service attitude is the key to improving the city’s image. Five years later, my trip to Xinjiang still makes me linger as always💗

It's too difficult to find. I locate the Binglv Tianyuan Hotel and navigate to the lake. I went around in the evening. The front desk said to navigate the underground parking lot of Xinjiang Tourist Distribution Center. Going in along the basement, there is no way to find the front desk. Finally, the front desk lady came to pick us up. It is recommended that the hotel change the positioning. I can't find it as a local. The people who travel by car can be cleaned. The service is very good. The front desk service is very good. Upgraded the big room, clean and clean. The breakfast is full, the small bowl of noodles and fried eggs are worth recommending, and overall it is not bad. It is estimated that summer will be very hot!

I was very satisfied with the check-in experience. Ms. WHN contacted me in advance to understand the check-in time and special needs, and helped arrange a room on a high floor. Xinjiang special pomegranate juice and fruits were prepared in the room. She was very considerate and meticulous. The room was ready after one o'clock for check-in. Check-in was smooth and quick. The front desk is very good. There are many festive decorations in the lobby. This stay is very heartwarming. Thank you to the hotel staff.

Overall the check-in process was smooth and efficient including the tedious task of having to show health QR codes, having pictures taken of passport with China residence visa side by side with phone showing health code, then making copies of visa page, passport page, last China entry stamp page, etc etc. In spite of the time this whole process takes the staff knew what they were supposed to do and went about the process as quickly as possible. A small welcome gift was an unexpected surprise. Special word of thanks to Ms.爱森那赫 at the reception (not sure if this is her actual name). She was the only one who spoke English and was guiding her colleagues to check us in smoothly. She also gave us a good recommendation to try local cuisine for dinner at a restaurant which was a 5 min walk from the hotel. The only confusing bit is the fact that hotel reception is located on the 3rd floor. Our Didi drivers did not know how to get us there as the drive up to the 3rd floor was through a parking lot next to the hotel. The hotel should either post clear instructions on a sign board for taxi/Didi drivers to follow or they should have someone posted at the entrance to guide vehicular traffic up through the parking lot to the lobby for check in. But all in all a pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to stay here again should we plan another trip to the city.

The bed is comfortable, and there is a pomegranate red restaurant* on the second floor, with baked buns and delicious cold skin.
