The hotel room included free access to Cenotes Park and was very accessible to Xel-Ha and Tulum. Staff was very helpful. The room was large and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Was a great experience, tranquil, peaceful I really like that place, if you can close the entrance to the cenotes little late or at least one more hour will be great, if you have a restaurant inside a formal restaurant will be great sometimes we little tired to go out to find a place to take dinner

First time swimming in a cenote. Our guide, Santiago, was the most amazing guide ever. I do no swim and have zero swim skill, but he helped me until I got comfortable to go on my own. He was very informative, charming and patient. Definitely will love to come back and have him as a guide!

Went you go there is $650 pesos o $40.50 dollars . They changed it at $16 pesos por dollars.and customer service no very happy. If you buy the tour somewhere else is about $300 and $ 400 pesos . We make the mistake to buy the tickets at the door. Ig you buy pics from them is about 31 pictures for $2500 pesos.rental for jacket and locker is $50 pesos o $4 dollars. The place is good water nice and cool . At the end the tour guy said he take tips if someone wants to tipped him lol.the collective vans is $40 pesos . The change the dollars at $15 pesos por dollars.is better if you take at water proof camara. And bring at waterproof backpack .

Group of 13 guided by Roly who masterfully mixed location highlights with clever anecdotes in English, Spanish and Spanglish. Even those that came in a little apprehensive about traversing the submerged sections were so distracted by his conversation and reassurances that they didn’t hesitate to follow along. Proved to be the highlight of our Tulum adventures.

Even though I reserved and paid on ******* they didn’t validate it and had to pay again . The worker was very disorganized. Location is nice so it was a bit disappointing.
