There have been some twists and turns in booking this hotel from the beginning. In fact, as long as the booking situation is not smooth, try not to book a hotel. Even if you succeed, you will be like me. This hotel is not suitable for high-end tourists from ************** who love fitness and are easy-going. . The gym has various difficulties for hotel guests. First, they have to fill out an application form (very strange). The gym is shared with the office building and is not exclusive to hotel guests. Sneakers that are brought in from outside are not allowed. If you want to rent, you will not be charged cash, and there is no Alipay or WeChat payment! I received a Visa and some incomprehensible payment methods, but in the end I didn’t succeed in fitness. We checked in after 5:00, but we were told that the museum tour the next day would only accept guests who made reservations before 5:00. We were clearly told that we were not eligible to visit the museum if we missed that time. We only had 2 nights here so no accommodations. Breakfast was average! The Japanese-style breakfast requires a waiter to serve rice, soup, fry fish, etc. It is very inconvenient. The aroma on the floor is very strange and I’m not used to it! Not cost-effective! There is also an indescribable feeling of not being taken seriously!

Great, well managed hotel in the Ebisu district of Tokyo. I was here for three nights before flying home. As mentioned turn right after you exit the JR train station and walk all the way down through the tunnel to the hotel. I really like the the outdoor mall at the Yebisu Garden Place with it’s unbelievable food court. This place should win an award for a urban outdoor development with book stores, coffee bars , high end restaurants, hotel and train station. If I’m traveling with my wife I would stay here. If I m traveling with my teenage kids I would stay at the Hyatt in Shinjuku as it is closer to the action. I loved the 17th floor executive lounge for afternoon snacks and drinks . But I preferred the lobby lounge for breakfast as it had a better selection of items. I would not however pay $130 extra for the lounge. The rooms were very nice . I was so impressed with how clean the rooms and lobby were maintained. This is a world class hotel in the upper price range.

Spent one night at the Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa, and would have moved to a different hotel if we had needed to stay longer. The place is outdated, and in desperate need to upgrade rooms and facilities. The room lighting is poor, which accentuates the shabby feel to the room and bath. The bedside tables have ancient light switches, there are no USB ports anywhere in the rooms, but the lack of air conditioning in the hotel is really the worst insult to a weary traveler who is given a room that is 80F and has a tiny window. Ice is available only on select floors, there is no convenient Lawsons or 7-11. We paid 24,000JPY for the night which is hugely overpriced. At least the staff were able to provide a circulating fan to help deal with the heat in the room, but it wasn't really sufficient. I would not recommend and will not go back.

We stayed in a female room. The room was cute with bright colors. There was an air purifier, a large mirror, and a happy facility. I was happy with a lot of amenities. You can walk from the station and it is not so far and convenient. It is enough if you just sleep. The article of the gown for sleeping was also like a thin towel.

Within 3 mins walk to train station conveniently link to various areas, family mart just downstairs with lots of eateries around, room was big with 3 single comfy beds with enough space for luggages, room was cleaned daily, amenities was great with sleeping wear provided and free usage of washing machine & dryer.

It is a very beautiful hotel. The room is also large and easy to use. Although it was the end of the year, I was able to stay cheaply with breakfast. The reception is on the same floor as the restaurant and shop, and it is small, but there is a coffee machine for guests. The customer service is ok, don't expect much. The amenities bar is rich in variety. Especially there are a lot of bathing agents. Check-in is a touch panel type that has recently increased. The explanation in the building is seen on the TV in the room. If you don't have a card key, you can't go to the room by elevator. The room was assigned to the top floor. But the land pattern called Gotanda? The view is one now. And, if you are concerned about the sound of the train, please request a room that is not on the track side. The room is large and easy to use. The bath is large and there is also a bathtub, and there is a chair in the washroom. The floor of the room is not stained, and the desk is beautiful. The bed is large and the mattress is good hardness. I didn't care, but the desk may be small if it is a business. There is an air cleaner. The room was not totally cleaned up. During our 5 nights stay, there were 2 days that complimentary water was not given. The reception is at the 15th floor and we had to carry all our luggages up then bring it down to the lower floora where the guest rooms were. Overall, it was still a very pleasant stay

It is about ５ minutes from Gotanda Station. Check-in is early and good from １３. There are quite a lot of foreigners in the guest layer. I thought it was Japanese and I was Taiwanese when I talked. There was a shower in the basement and the sauna was comfortable. There is a lounge on the top floor, where you can eat and drink and work on a personal computer. The capsule is narrow and there is no TV. Ibiki was noisy and I couldn't sleep slowly.

The sound insulation is poor, the toilet will automatically flush at 2 o'clock in the middle of the night, and I will be scared every day. After checking out the room card, I found out that the locker needs to be used when I live in it. When I asked the front desk, the first reaction was that I could not use it after checking out, which is outrageous. Later, I talked to the front desk and asked me to store it in their office after staying for four or five days.
