[male customer here] what a scam, it says premier ROOM but it was not, it was the same generic cabin/capsule type accommodation, so expect the generic bunk beds instead of an actual room with 1 single bed in it. another misleading/scam point, it written in the Room Amenities that there are private bathroom but actually it was a public bathroom, you know, the generic public onsen type, there was no private shower room or bathroom, just the public hot water big bathpool+open-curtain showers. on the other hand, there is a private shower room for the female rooms/bookings. another minus point, you must first open your shoes and store them in the shoe locker before going to the counter. no logic just plain inconvenience for me hahaha smh the only plus point is they always give you a bag of towel+pajamas daily :๏ผ

It was my first trip to Japan, and I was very satisfied.
First of all, the hoteliers are really friendly!
I was touched by the kind response I received even though I couldn't speak Japanese. ๐ฅบ
ah! And there is one Korean hotelier. When I went out, the Japanese hotelier greeted me in Korean, so I had a really pleasant trip.
Curry is served for breakfast. I couldn't eat it because of my schedule, but it smelled really good. And the room was really clean, and there was a relaxation room and a smoking room, so it was convenient!
There are many bars nearby where Japanese locals go, and the streets are pretty. I think I will make a reservation again next time.

The location is very good near the station.

A great atmosphere with plenty to do for the children with a kids club, park, cinema and 3 pools with slides. The staff are friendly and any questions or issues the guest relations team are always available to help. There is a buggy to take to the beach if you didn't want to walk with a bar and snack bar. All round good experience with shops just outside the hotel to the left. You will not be disappointed.

capsule hotel was a unique experience! PROS: women's floor felt safe, beds were comfortable, showers were nice, and make up area was cool, plus they had massage chairs! CONS: it was warm - i used my fan in my cubby, and getting in the โtop bunkโ cubby wasnโt easy to maneuver. staff is really friendly! lobby is small, and there is not space for large suitcases- we shipped our luggage from our previous hotel and just packed an overnight bag (those fit in lockers) and then our bags arrived the next day, that worked out really well. in sort of a non-tourist area but nearby mall has lots of good restaurants and shopping.
