Hotel bem localizado, fizemos muitas idas e vindas a pé, achamos as redondezas bem segura. Andamos de taxi também, no local passavam vários e não tivemos problema nenhum. Quando chegamos no quarto, haviam duas camas de solteiro, nós mesmo juntamos e conseguimos dormir dessa forma. O frigobar não gela, é apenas para manter temperatura ambiente. Pegamos o recorde de calor na Argentina em Março/23, graças Deus o ar condicionado estava funcionando perfeitamente, o chuveiro é ótimo, café da manhã é ok, o wifi que não é muito bom. Se você vai fazer passeios, ficar o dia inteiro fora e não pretende ficar muito tempo no hotel, apenas usar para descanso, eu recomendo.

The hotel is a modern hotel, but it is a good hotel that is very good, and it is a good hotel that is very good. The room that touched us was taken with silicone and when you bath gives impression. Not to mention that they do not offer breakfast in the hotel and that the nearest car to leave the car by night is 300 metres away.

Like most people, we chose this hotel because of its closeness to Pistarini Airport. In many ways, it seemed a good choice, once we had found a cab driver at the airport willing to take us to the hotel depriving them of the “el Centro” $US30 fare ( we had flown in from Mendoza and were flying out of the country the next day). On our arrival at the hotel we felt that we had made a good choice - reception was courteous and friendly, and we were given a room one floor up with a large balcony. It took a while to realise that the balcony was integral to the plaza of which the hotel is a part, and that the whole structure was so poorly built that the black design lining the base of the in side wall of the room to a depth of about a foot, was mould! The floor’s wooden laminate was squishy under our feet - a measure of how much moisture was in the structure. No flashings between the hotel and the plaza roof?

Hotel with excellent cost benefit. Very good location! For reviews on hosting sites, we ask not to stay at the 1st floor and that's the best tip I can give. Our 2nd floor room was quiet! I think the first floor rooms should suffer a lot with the noise, they offer a simple breakfast that breaks a stick, which would be a thousand times.

Great Hotel with brilliant staff. Everyone was really friendly and spoke great English. The front desk staff especially were very kind and any time I asked for help or advise they were happy to help me. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean. All throughout the hotel they maintained high levels of cleanliness and there was hand sanitizer available at reception and at the restaurant. Breakfast had a great selection of bread, pastries, eggs, cereal, meats and cheese. The area is my favourite in Buenos Aires because there isn't as much traffic as other areas. Its really pleasant to walk around in Palermo and stop at the different restaurants, cafes and bars. I felt safe everywhere in this neighbourhood. I highly recommend staying at the Palermitano.

One of the poorest experiences in a so-called Luxury Property I’ve ever had. And I have had plenty, I hold status with various Hotel Chains, Titanium Elite with Marriott amongst others. We were returning to Uruguay From Buenos Aires and were needing a 1 night stay in the Campana Area to have a good Night Rest and maybe some Spa Time. Since none of our preferred Hotel Chains had a local presence I decided to explore one of my minor Loyalty Programs, Accor. That’s how we came to know this Sofitel Property. Once arrived at the locations my wife and I were a bit confused. The Setting was not very Hotel like. At the gate we found out that we were entering a gated community. This was not mentioned on the Accor website. If I had known that I would not have stayed there. I’ve nothing against it but I’m familiar with the urban and natural design of these areas and It’s not my cup of tea if on Holiday. Anyway, once at the gate we had to wait for several minutes to get access even after providing ou ID’s to the security guards. They would not let us through until the property confirmed that we were on the reservation list. Once the Hotel finally confirmed we were asked to open our trunk for inspection before accessing the community. This was a very hostile situation. I’ve had better experiences with TSA. At check-in I expressed my discontent with the front desk employee who did not address the issue nor offered any kind of apology. I’m just starting to assume things are done this way at this hotel, a little less Hospitality and little more rudeness. After the check-in process was fulfilled credit card swiped forms filled out we were “reminded” that check-out was at Noon sharp and that we would not be welcome to stay at the premises afterwards. ***, really? No lunch?, No visit to the garden? No possibility to leave luggage until the afternoon for a quick visit to the city nearby? No, you are requested to LEAVE at noon. Well, that was it for us. We no longer felt welcome there. We decided to get some work done and have dinner before going to bed and leave the next morning right after Breakfast. The room was good. Although, I had requested and paid for a King Size bed, we were given two twin beds instead. It’s spacious with a modern design. The TV is rather small considering the size of the room. The Bath Room is comfortable, it has a separate walk in shower and bath tub. There’s also a nice and spacious balcony without comfortable furniture. That is not a big issue as you don’t want to stay there too long. There’s a highway nearby and after a few minutes the sound off traffic gets on your nerves. We ordered Simple room service dishes. Steak with mashed potatoes and a Burger with fries. Steak was acceptable served a bit cold though. Burger was not very good. Bun was to dry and patty overcooked. No sauce hence Superdry experience. What caught my eye was that the room service Menu did not include any clear options for Vegetarians/Vegans and/or persons with Aller

First I'd like to say that the young man who assisted me when I arrived late at night at Up Tribeca was entirely professional and courteous with me, even though I checked out almost immediately after checking in. So: I initially booked three nights at Up Tribeca because the reviews for the hotel were all positive; however, the hotel ”ambience” is entirely artificial and - to put bluntly - weird. All the rooms are centered around an open-air courtyard (btw, that courtyard is the only fresh air in the hotel), and because I checked-in late at night, I had a very hard time trying to find my room number while walking the hallway along the courtyard, as it was lit by a few neon lights that (I guess) gave off a cool vibe, but no actual light. Because it was so dark, I mistook the wrong room for mine and kept trying to open the door with my card, until I noticed (again, hard to see with no light!) the ”do not disturb” sign on the door handle (sorry to whomever might have woken up to me trying to open their door.) I then continued down the dark hallway to my correct room, and when I opened the door, I was greeted to a completely windowless box of a room that reeked of synthetic air-freshener, making it smell like I just walked into a Zara Home Furnishing store. The smell was suffocating, and of course there was no way to open a window to get rid of it because no window existed. If you've ever watched the Apple Tv show ”Severance,” then you'll get the kind of atmosphere this room had: it felt completely claustrophobic and dystopic. I didn't spend more than thirty seconds in that room before I grabbed my suitcase and went down to the front desk, requesting a different room that had a window, only to be informed none of the rooms have windows. At that point, I asked him to call me a taxi, and I left for another hotel. To sum up: if you don't care that you're staying in a windowless box that smells like a home furnishing store in the local mall, you'll be fine at Up Tribeca. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend you book elsewhere.

Íbamos a quedarnos 3 días y nos volvimos al siguiente. Mi hija es celíaca y nos habían asegurado que tenían opciones. Le trajeron brownie hechos por ellos, sin confirmación alguna que no hubo contaminación cruzada. Para cenar les pedimos si nos podían hacer papas fritas en aceite nuevo, y vinieron sucias, con restos *****s. Obviamente ninguna confianza en el restaurant Chaira, tampoco tenían bebidas aptas así que tuvo que tomar agua. Las piletas, las 3, con agua sucias, verdes, con musgo en el piso que te resbalabas, ni siquiera barrian alrededor para limpiar la mugre que había del día anterior. La de niños fue la única que pasaron el barre fondo, pero no sacaron todas las hojas y suciedad que flotaba ni tampoco estuvo prendido el juego de agua. Las sillas de tomar sol de telas, rotas. Nos dijeron que la isla de tragos exterior funcionaba y estaba cerrada. Paredes con humedad y descascaradas de hace años porque había ido anteriormente y siguen igual. Con lo que cobran, malisimas las instalaciones . Van a decir que el restaurante es aparte, si contratan con cena, sepan que tienen 3 opciones para elegir, y con suerte, yo quise un postre que no tenían. Decidimos irnos y no volver más. Ojalá mejoren.
