The hotel is in a great location, and it is convenient to go to the attractions. I didn't go to the National Maritime Museum this time because I didn't make an appoin**ent, but the surrounding Beitang Ancient Town, Dongjiang Bay Beach and TEDA Aircraft Carrier Theme Park are also very interesting, especially the fireworks show and drone show of TEDA Aircraft Carrier, which were particularly shocking! The hotel breakfast is quite satisfactory, and the food is very suitable for my taste. The hotel waiters will take the initiative to greet the guests when they see them, and the service is warm. The hotel environment is clean and sanitary. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance!

What I am not satisfied with is that when I was staying in the hotel room, the staff called me at 3 a.m. and asked if I had checked in? Are we jet lag? When I finally checked out, no one gave me a reason, who called me and why. I checked in by scanning my face, right? There is no information? Why did they call me at 3 a.m.? The one point for service is for Ctrip. As a loyal fan, I always book travel, transportation and accommodation with Ctrip, and Ctrip solves it in a timely and powerful manner.

The room conditions are quite satisfactory, nothing major wrong, but the breakfast environment is really annoying. Such a big hotel does not have a decent restaurant. It is squeezed in the corner of the lobby. Several tables are facing the toilet door. You need to queue up to grab a seat during the morning rush hour, which greatly reduces the experience

The hotel environment is particularly good. There is a breakfast shop behind the hotel, which has almost all Tianjin snacks, and they are better than those in the northwest corner.

The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the receptionist is very nice, it is a hotel worth staying in. But I have to mention the old security guard in the underground parking lot. When I checked in for the first time and left the parking lot, the license plate may not have been entered into the hotel's free system. I asked the old security guard, and he looked disdainful and told me that he didn't know and asked me to ask the hotel myself, and then asked me to drive the car away. I said that it was my first time and I didn't know what to do, so I contacted the hotel front desk. The front desk told me to tell the security guard and the barrier would be lifted. The security guard ignored me at all. I don't know where the sense of superiority came from. He was unfriendly to outsiders in various ways. I hope that friends who stay here will communicate well with the hotel front desk to avoid unpleasant things happening when leaving the parking lot and affecting their travel mood!
