環境不錯，很安靜，距離天津站、地鐵站、五大道都很近，酒店附近大多是居民區，很安靜，而且還有居名樓裏的煎餅果子😆 前台工作人員小孫、小范很熱情周到，酒店清潔人員很負責，等待的大廳還有飲料，很不錯！

前台服務特別好，看到我們有小童還給了小童拖鞋和牙具，看我手裡東西多，立馬拿個袋子一一幫我裝好，有的時候還送了我家孩子小禮物。房間乾淨，設施沒有壞的，不臨街，安靜，窗簾特別遮光，服務好。位置好，離五大道近。早餐也挺豐盛的。

房間略有裝修的味道，應該開業時間不長，免費停車，地上停車場不大。服務人員態度都不錯，好評。早餐熱菜相對比較多，好評；有煎餅果子，炸糕，燒餅，沒有豆腐腦，鍋巴菜，中評。第一天覺得這個酒店在這個級別裏還是可以的，給4.8分應該沒問題，可第二天就沒法給好評了，第一，隔音問題，外邊過車可以接受，隔壁兩個大男人到半夜十二點半聊天聊的熱火朝天，像高音喇叭，住酒店不能不讓人説話，衹能説這種隔音有多差了；第二，房間的小飛蟲太多，大家都知道這種飛蟲都是下水道的產物，我就不多形容了，我衹照了淋浴間房頂，僅供酒店管理部門參考。
提意見是覺得這個酒店如果改進了還可以再次入住，隔音估計不好改，但飛蟲治理應該沒問題吧！望越來越好！
