The elevators are terrible, we spent 30 minutes waiting for them. Breakfast was too crowded and not a lot of choice. The room was very nice. The kids play are was very good, we won a Pikachu out of the game machine.

酒店地理位置優越，我們錯峯出行，性價比很高，前台小杜美女温柔熱情，幫我們升級了親子房～是孩子最喜歡的美人魚～
酒店有幾點特別滿意，一個是電視不是自己營業需要單獨付費的，是普通愛奇藝，登錄自己的賬號就可以～
第二點外賣也很方便，一開始機器人送上來錯過了電話，酒店工作人員還親子送到了房門口～
第三點是去極地海洋館可以無限次進出，這個特別好，因為海洋館館外都有很多單獨的場地，演出，如果衹能進出主館一次就不能安排時間，這樣可以反覆進出就能更好的安排時間～
總體性價比感覺很高～工作人員熱情周到～特別喜歡～🥰🥰🥰
極地公園也很好，演出多，場館多，就是和海豚照相有點兒貴了😆

到酒店後免費升級了親子房，房子孩子很喜歡，住的也很舒服，酒店早餐也很好，孩子還能在小童樂園玩，房間裏還有提供了小童洗漱用品和小馬桶座，很細心，房子能看到海河風景，夜景不錯！

帶兩個孩子出門連訂兩晚，感謝前台池嬌嬌美女免費升級親子房間，還是面向海洋公園的方向，一下子就方便了很多，酒店每位工作人員的服務都很好，房間設施齊備，第二天早上要求簡單打掃一下衞生，回來看到洗漱用品又增加了一套，很貼心，早餐種類很多，值得推薦。

我住的一室一廳客房，房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，特別適合帶個小朋友居住，甚至還有帳篷可以支架使用，也從而誘發人們的童心，令人心生愉悦。房內有兩個衞生間，使用特別方便，洗浴也是非常好，既有浴缸又有獨立的淋浴間。向窗外望去，視野特別開闊，各式各樣高樓林立，有元寶型的，有高聳入雲型的等等。特別是到了晚上，各高樓大廈輪廓線燈珠，變幻莫測，各大廈造型彩燈，特別是金融大樓外牆視屏秒秒分分不停更換，更是漂亮。此酒店也有個大缺點，沒有個像樣的大堂，辦理前台也給人感覺不好，像是公寓，一樓服務枱也經常沒人，希望之後能有所改進。
