The front desk service was very warm, but the hotel itself had many problems. The first room lock problem could not be locked and changed. The second room toilet was obviously not cleaned (see picture), but it was too late to change the room. Fortunately, a disposable toilet seat cover was provided, otherwise it would really respond. In addition, the light on the bedside of the room was broken and could not be turned off, or the front desk came to help. There is also a disposable toothbrush set provided that is not clean (see picture). I don't know what is on the small toothpaste. It is dirty and completely unusable. This bag of disposable items cannot be guaranteed to be clean. It is outrageous. In addition, rather than engage in some intelligent voice control gimmicks, it is better to do the basic things first. For example, the mirror in front of the sink, there is no need to make a so-called smart mirror with a lamp, it is better to put this money to install a folding round mirror, look at the mirror makeup or something without stretching the upper body. The room is not facing the street, but the hotel itself is very poorly soundproofed. The sound of opening and closing the door and talking in the next room can be heard clearly. At about 7 o'clock in the morning, the sound of the car horn outside can be heard. It pays great attention to quiet and careful selection.

Wow what can i say about this hotel? Well for the price it was excellent! Really clean room with a comfortable bed and great amenities! Vr in room too! I was really surprised at how good this place was, although the location was a slight inconvenience for me (personal reasons), i would happily stay here again and think i will. Even though i checked in after a few glasses of of wine at 3am and speaking little Chinese, the hotel staff were able to process all my details and get me in swiftly! Unfortunately i didnt manage to take any good photos of this place but after staying in kempinski for 2 days, i would choose this hotel over the kempinski

There is a big buckwheat husk pillow, which helps to fall asleep quickly. Also, the quilt is very comfortable. Second, parking is convenient. There is a large parking lot at the back, the accommodation is free to park, and there are security guards on duty 24 hours a day, the parking is really convenient and safe, very suitable for travelers traveling by car. Third, the breakfast is rich. There are many types of breakfast, the taste is delicious, and the combination of meat and vegetables is also very reasonable. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Taiyuan in the future.

The sanitary environment meets the standards of the holiday. The food delivery is a surprise. It is very delicious. They are all local specialties. The quantity is large and very affordable. There are not many snack bars around the hotel. You have to walk to the food street a few hundred meters away. I am tired after a day of walking and don’t want to walk anymore. I read the reviews before coming here and had some expectations for the service at the front desk and lobby. The service score of 5 is for the delivery lady. Overall, it is very cost-effective among the old hotels, B&Bs and chain hotels around.

優點:經濟實惠，入住時房東阿姨很熱情地招待了，房間隔音不錯，睡了一晚上沒聽到什麼雜音；房間打掃蠻乾淨的；地理位置佳，如大家説的，樓下真的好多好多吃的，拐個彎就是迎澤橋，周邊有學校太理山西財專，幹啥都特別方便；太原白天30多度的天氣，晚上稍微地點，雖沒有空調，睡在裡邊也不會感到熱 缺點：沒有一次性拖鞋，衹有洗過的家用款拖鞋，不過我衹住一夜 穿的自己的鞋哈哈；我住的那間 衞生間一出門有個台階，有一兩次沒注意到就踩空嚇一跳😂
