房間設備設施很齊全，床和枕頭軟硬度適中特別舒服，衞生間整潔，早餐一般，麪條味道好，沒有水果有點遺憾。特別是前台服務人員幫我調整房間的投影很耐心，前台開票的人員服務很好，非常感謝！

房間服務人員服務極差，衞生差，床單被罩嚴重發黃還説就是這布料，明顯就是沒有長時間不更換，讓服務員換，還拒絕更換，處理事情效率極慢，衞生間衞生也差，攜程平台客服溝通還拒不執行。

實物與圖片不符，我從攜程訂，看着圖片乾淨整潔，房間寬敞。入住後傻眼了，跟圖片上完全不一樣，哎，要不是家裡熱水器壞了去酒店洗個澡，誰住這呀。
