進門就給倒茶水，服務很熱情，安排的房間我很喜歡，挺安靜舒適的，衞生也很乾凈，是一家新的門店，裝修風格也很喜歡，早餐種類多，口味很適合我，提前到11點就到了，有空房間就先安排我入住了，非常人性化，房間設施很好，全智能控制，直接呼叫小度就可以了

新裝修的3.5版本，位置極佳，距離太原南站10分鐘打車吧，適合趕高鐵（提前40分鐘出門足以）。對面有好吃的雙合成！早餐也一如既往的豐盛！附近很多商圈（好吃的！

酒店非常便捷 周邊很多美食 出門打車 或者選擇共享單車都很方便 各方面相比別家漢庭很好 就是前台小哥動作較慢 辦理入住時 一共兩個客人 等了20分鐘 回答問題也不明確

之前在其他地方住過漢庭，對漢庭的印象不錯，但這次入住整個改觀。晚上7點多入住，到10點多要洗澡時發現沒熱水，聯繫前台讓我們多放水就好，隔十分鐘再打給前台，改口説是管線凍住維修中要等一下，因為身上已經打濕衹好就着温涼水洗完。到半夜1點仍然沒熱水再打給前台，説還在維修，口氣不太友好，讓我們再等半小時。1點半多實在等不下去了，男友衹好就着冰水洗澡。從晚上10點多發現沒熱水到半夜1點半多這期間前台都沒有主動聯繫、關心，實在有些離譜。當天晚上室外温度是-8度左右，我們從大同搭動車過來，動車上太暖，身上多少有些流汗，想洗個熱水澡休息，結果是這樣子。後面越想越不對，怎麼酒店出事情是這樣的處理態度，所以聯繫攜程處理。還好攜程處理的速度很快，馬上和酒店聯繫，酒店説我們入住時熱水是沒問題的，就是我們洗澡時出了意外，這個説法也是醉了，補償我們華住會金卡及2杯飲品，完全無感。隔天早餐也是一言難盡， 品種很少，退房時前台甚至不知道昨晚的熱水事件，用不好的態度讓我在前台提出訴求（金卡及飲品），很離譜又很讓人生氣，表示酒店根本不在乎這次的事件，不在乎房客的感受，連補償都沒交接好，提出訴求彷彿是我在跟他們要似的 。如果攜程沒出麪處理，這件事應該是不了了之。唯一滿意的是床品舒適房間乾淨。
華住會品牌下的酒店暫時都不考慮入住。
