It's about a 5 minute walk from the station, and opposite Miyahara Ice Cream. Good location with good facilities like a gym and laundry within the hotel. Room is sizeable and good, but some improvements could still be done for the hotel such as better charging ports (the ones beside bed are fixed to a certain USB type) as well as a cabinet to hang clothing and towels. Overall, highly recommended if you are looking for a stay in Taichung.

Stay in the business executive room top floor. What's Good: 1. This is one of the most interesting hotel I stayed in. I like the balcony, can suntan. the layout and design of the room is fabulous. In the morning, when sun shines in, the room is so beautiful. 2. I also like that the room has multiple international plugs, guest don't need to bring international plugs. Hotels all over should adopt this idea. 3. The staff at the counter service very good. Very helpful ladies. Areas for improvement: 1. The area near cabinet should install a light, at night I want to retrieve my clothes, I cant even see clearly. 2. I like that the toilet bowl has bidet. Too bad its not working. Please repair! Not very nice to rent our an unserviceable room. It's like when you paid $5 for an apple, the vendor gives you a partially rotten apple and expect you to accept it without discount. As a customer, what impression will you have of the vendor? 3. Roof top under repair. Early morning, I was woken up by heavy drilling and hammering. The hotel should be aware there is a guest staying right below. I have to call to ask them to stop. I understand repair needs to be done. Can arrange repairs on days when the 7th floor room is unoccupied? 4. I don't know if the room is infested with rats or haunted or if someone is staying above the 7th floor unit. In the middle of the night, 2-3am, heavy footsteps can be heard, you can hear the floor creek with each steps as if going to collapse! Thank you!

5 minutes walk from the Train Station at Tai Chung. Room is clean but small in size. Location wise, it is quite far from the night markets and attractions. It is also located at a road intersection. The room that I got on the 8th floor has the hotel signage right outside of the window which is bright at night but with the blinds drawn its okay. Booked 2 rooms. In one of the rooms, safety ledge on the door is spoilt and the hotel used some double sided tape to stick it on. Feedback to the hotel concierge and they came to the room to look at it but couldn't provide a solution. For the other room the power sockets at the bed side were not working at all. Recommended to venture more into the city and stay somewhere more centralized unless if you need to catch an early morning train out.

It is very near to Taichung Train Station, about 3mins walk. There is a big mall nearby. The hotel room and space are clean and no odd smell. Their staff are friendly. I like the space at level 1. Cozy and free flow of coffee and ice tea!

Most of the staffs are friendly and so helpful. Except for one female receptionist, I found her a bit rude and not helping at all. Due to the typhoon on 27 July, I was thinking to extend my room, she just rudely said that my room already booked so unable to extend n she didn't even trying to give more assistance. When I asked if there's other available twin room. She continued rudely said that they have n I need to check out at 11am and checkin again at 3pm. this type of receptionist has no people service attitude. She not suitable to be a receptionist. The room without window is clean but quite smelly, not sure what smell is that. First time encounter something like this. Even when stayed in 2 different hotels without window back in Taipei the room was fine.

The service is so-so, but there is a free simple breakfast, which is not bad. There are also free coffee drinks for guests to enjoy. The software and hardware facilities are barely acceptable, but after 10 o'clock in the evening, some are a little late. Guests checking in must not discipline themselves and lower the volume. This will cause noise and affect guests who check in early and go to bed early. I hope that hotels can strengthen publicity and maintain a quiet and good sleeping environment after ten o'clock in the evening. This will also be a blessing for all hotel guests!
