The hotel is clean and spacious, it is convient to go around,the breakfast is good to eat, the front counter staff are friendly and thoughtful, they give us warm water and gifts when we check out, thank u, we will come back again.

Every time I arrive at Suzhou this is the hotel I book. It’s comfortable and convenient location and the staff are wonderful! Highly recommended by myself not just for business but also leisure travel.
They will make sure you are comfortable and happy and go above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay

Big room, 2 big beds. Suggest that they should have paid DIY laundry machine as the bigger rooms do not have attached washer/dryer.

總體挺不錯的，房型滿足出行需要，前台態度熱情大方，房間乾淨整潔，雖然住了一晚上，但是留下的印象很好，下次遊玩再來住

酒店位置還可以，鬧中取近，周邊感覺都是金融區，離地鐵站不遠。不遠處有龍湖天街，吃的很多。酒店房間是家庭套房，房間佈置挺好，有回家的感覺。傢俱略有點舊，不過不影響。停車方便，還有充電樁，很好。不足的點是洗手間的水龍頭，一開就很大，水容易沖到枱面上，改進一下。前台服務可以，因為臨時出了點狀況，要提前退房，已經下午4點了，也同意提前退，深表感謝。走的急，房間的照片沒拍，蘇州的照片補兩張吧

酒店位置很好，旁邊有一個繁華的日式步行街，全部是日料店，很多選項，從談話中聽得出來，路人和食客也有很多日本人。相信這些店很地道。
酒店設施和衞生條件都非常完善舒適，歐舒丹的洗浴用品，智能馬桶，還配備了微波爐，電磁爐，洗衣機等家用電器設備。保潔人員態度也很好，因為交接班給房間送水晚了一會，連連道歉。
唯一令人不解的是酒店前台服務人員態度的冷漠和生硬，完全和酒店硬件不匹配！按道理這樣的酒店設施必然有高效的管理團隊，但為何前台服務人員尤其是一名男士的態度如此冰冷惡劣？他的表情，語氣，和態度極度生硬，居高臨下，完全讓人體驗不到賓至如歸那種感覺，讓人實在不解🤔！

來蘇州虎丘婚紗城購買婚紗，晚上選了世豪國際酒店，訂了4人間，房間很大，兩個獨立房間，獨立衞生間，都是大床。洗漱用品是歐舒丹的，有衣帽間，還有客廳，廚衞微波爐，冰箱裏飲品全部免費。床品舒適，很安靜，睡得很好。乾淨整潔。酒店交通便利，餐廳眾多，不遠還有條淮海街，是日料一條街。用餐方便。酒店早餐稍簡單，跟價位成正比，總體值得推薦！
