酒店似在商業住宅大厦內，感覺是荒涼，很少店舖。離火車站也遠，沒有車到。酒店房間細小，很黑的，明顯不夠燈光，設施陳舊，也有點破爛，感覺不好。

這個價格的話，在蘇州站附近是很合適的，性價比非常高，房間衞生什麼的都還可以，就是有一點就是熱水，可能來的慢一點，其他的都還好

不太滿意。房間訂的是家庭房。靠橋和馬路，很吵。特別不好。房間不乾淨。晚上洗澡人可能是少些，熱水放了好久才出來。樓下是寫字樓，10樓在裝修，雖然聽不見聲音，但是有工人推土，弄到電梯上臟臟的。旁邊有一個小便利店兩個飯店，這一點還是很好的。地點雖然不偏，但是也不是很興旺的樣子。離火車站有兩條街的距離。唯一好的地方就是上火車比較方便。坐公交趕地鐵一般

煙味兒重的不行，像睡在煙灰缸裏，燈光老舊昏暗；300的價位建議住遠一點，真的太舊了，真是衝著牌子來的，有種住68小旅館的感覺；衞生還可以，噪音很大很吵，保潔阿姨們都配了個對講機，音量調到了最大，前台一説話，跟炸雷一樣；唯一優勢地段好，馬路對面高鐵站，如果不是趕特殊班次高鐵，強烈建議住遠新酒店
