前台小姐姐服務很好很耐心，酒店停車免費地上地下都可以停 開車的朋友可以放心來，房間設施齊全 小度管家很方便，環境也是很不錯新酒店裝修的很温馨 房間沒有異味可以放心住，早餐也算豐盛，味道還可以 值得選擇！

位置很不錯，附近景色很美很舒心，房間衞生也乾淨整潔，前台服務很熱情，需要用的好多東西都是免費用的，對面就是奧萊，出行也很方便，停車也是免費的，對面就是商場吃飯逛街都很方便！下次來吳江首選美豪！

酒店停車很方便地上地下都可，前台工作人員非常的專業辦理入住流暢快，還幫忙升級了房型，房間很大一開門就有智能管家小度播報它可以控制一些燈光窗簾等等非常的方便，而且房間還都是大的落地窗這個價位住這樣的房間我還是很驚喜的，位置也很好對面有個奧萊附近還有好幾個大型商場吃的很多 ，不錯下次還會來[強]

美豪酒店環境很不錯距離太湖很近、整體在酒店裡能感受到工作人員的熱情服務，有什麼問題能及時的幫我解決好，房間很大，房間裏面的配置也很不錯，智能管家小度能很方便的控制窗簾、燈光、電視很便捷，早餐也挺豐富的，自助式的，煮麪小餛燉味道不錯推薦，總體來説很滿意

很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大，房間乾淨衞生做的到位，前台服務很好非常的周到，辦理入住非常快，房間設施齊全，床很舒適，早餐也很不錯豐富營養，還幫免費延遲退房了，酒店還是免費停車的 這個價位性價還是不錯的

第一次住貴酒店，酒店位於太湖旁，環境優雅，前台小美女看到我帶寶寶三人還升了親子房，好棒，房間也乾淨，酒店周邊就是奧特萊斯，夜色美麗，衹可惜沒時間，不然再住一夜，值得下次再來～

很差的一次的體驗：1、先説早餐，買了兩份早餐的套房，到店説送我們早餐要好評，我們説買了，結果就我一張早餐券，説我老公的要等他辦完入住才給，我就奇怪了，我花錢買的，憑什麼不給我。再説這早餐，59元一位，配置跟房價100多的賓館差不多，沒什麼東西，就就餐位多點，煮碗麪我在旁邊等到出鍋，結果來了個人，直接給別人了，氣**了。2、早上起來刷牙，水裡一股臭水溝的味道，噁心了我一天，問了打掃阿姨，説是哪幾房間什麼地下水翻上來了，沒人處理，也沒人關心客户體驗。普通日子500塊的房間，也不便宜吧，真服了。房間裝修的還算可以，其他毫無亮點
