After checking in to the Xiangqu Twin Room booked in advance, the front desk upgraded me to a Superior Twin Room. The overall feeling was great! All details are in place, including complimentary tea and afternoon tea. When we first arrived at the hotel, it was very inconvenient that our mobile phones were out of battery and could not be turned on. When the luggage storage attendant in the lobby found out, he took out a spare charger and immediately solved the problem. I had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou. The hotel is close to key attractions like the Suzhou museum , administrative garden etc. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. They assisted me with everything I needed and made me feel welcome. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a traditional Chinese architecture and a stunning garden. I loved taking photos in the garden and admiring the scenery. The hotel also offered free unlimited entry to Panmen, a historic scenic area with ancient gates, bridges, and temples. It was a great way to explore the culture and history of Suzhou. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Suzhou. Only thing that I do not like about the room is the tap. It’s the traditional type where you have separate hot and cold tap, making it less functional but it does fit the overall design theme of the hotel. Lastly , the hotel may like consider switching to big bottles for the shampoo/ shower gel so reduce waste and more environmental friendly. I will recommend this hotel to whose who like to have a different experience. Great value for money.

The hotel is within walking distance of the subway which is only 10 minutes away from the main railway station so easy to get to if you are visiting Suzhou and convenient for getting around the city. Check in was smooth and fast and the lovely girl at reception spoke good English which is always helpful even though I speak some Chinese. The hotel decor is very cute and music themed, everything was very clean and new looking. I booked the Double Comfort room which was basic but still had some lovely touches.A very comfortable bed, hot shower, bottled water, tea and slippers which you might not expect in a value room. Possibly the cutest thing about the hotel were the little robots who delivered take out directly to your room door. The only down side is that the noise from other rooms and guests carries easily across the halls but that is not the hotel's fault, and it didn't really stop me sleeping. Check out was fast and I was given a small bottle of water when I left was a kind gesture. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Suzhou.Great value and service, and very foreigners friendly!

The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was a few hundred meters away from the subway station which was convenient to travel around the city. Upon check-in the staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. There were a few others checking in and the staff had no order in doing this. It was chaos. The lady at the check-in actually helped others who arrived after me to check-in first. It was very unprofessional and quite frustrating for us. I will not stay at this hotel nor would I recommend it to other friends, I'd rather stay at other hotels in the area.
